There are not NEARLY enough dealer service bays and techs to maintain and repair the vehicles on the road NOW. (GM recognized this back in the mid-80s when they introduced their Delco-Tech program) Imagine the class action suits that will arise when your new car is stuck at the dealer for months and months for warranty repair, and possibly more than a year for any major repair. IIRC, Volvo implemented or planned on implementing a program back around the turn of the century where only Volvo dealer service personnel could open the hoods and the U.S. courts quickly shut it down.

Vision care, as well as dental and hearing care, is vital when you're young and becomes more and more essential as we age our bodies get older and older. (I neglected and abused my body when I was younger and am now paying an enormous price, both physically and financially...)
