  1. SWEET Super Stock builds, bitchen display. Good lookin' stuff!
  2. Received TRJ #86 in SoCal on Tuesday, Sept. 11. Still waiting for #83, the issue featuring the Uncertain T, but received # 84 and 85 "on time".
  3. Once again, BEAUTIFUL FORDS! The blue and silver '71 Mustang Mach I gave me inspiration. You see, I received a '71 Mach I kit from HL instead of a '67 Fastback kit because I didn't notice their "Style/Color: Assorted - You May Not Receive What Is Pictured" alert when I place my order. This kit will now be built to depict the Mach I you posted. Thank you!
  4. Bitchen Pontiac build, BTW. Too bad SMP Decals is no more...
  5. The wheels, Hurst Mags, are also available in the AMT "Spokes N Stripes" Wheels & Tires Pack https://www.round2corp.com/product/amt-spokes-stripes-wheel-tire-pack-125-scale/
  6. Bitchen build with a great back story. love it!
  7. Welcome to the community, William. Good lookin' Trans Am. Please show us more of your builds.
  8. Bitchen Mustang, Hugh. Nice looking color combination.
  9. I guess it is time to go see if my local HLs have new kits on their shelves. Their online catalog hasn't changed in months, and then you have to be sure the kit(s) that you intend to order aren't in their "Assorted - You May Not Receive What Is Pictured" category. But when it's all good, you can't beat 40% discount and free shipping!...
  10. Amazing job! The red and black really pops on this car...
  11. Bitchen build, amazing color combo...
  12. You just got my creative juices flowing!... I'm going to kit bash the Hilborn Injected Buick Nailhead engine from the '30 Coupe for one of my future '32 Tudor Sedan builds. Might as well put the Flathead in the '30 Coupe...
  13. Another category where the instructions are kinda wacky pertains to the radiators. The instructions call out radiator part # 49 for the Highboy and # 417 for the "Sedan" that I've been referring to as the Full Fendered version. Actually, the radiators are specific to the engine being used, and not the Highboy or Full Fendered "Sedan" body style. Radiator part # 49 fits the Flathead engine, which has 2 upper and 2 lower radiator hoses. Radiator part # 417 fits the Windsor engine, which has 1 upper and 1 lower radiator hose. The radiator shell and electric fan are the same for both versions.
  14. Good to see you back on this build. Can't wait to see it finished...
  15. This is gonna be an interesting build. Please keep your updates coming...
  16. Just a note: The instructions for the new release kit # 14553 aren't really clear on some of the optional parts used between the Flathead or Windsor engines, or the Highboy or Full Fendered versions. For example, on the frame, the front crossmember (part # 406) is only used if you're installing the Flathead, but not with the Windsor. This isn't called out in the new release instruction sheet. I'd recommend checking out the original instructions to Revell Kit # 85-2062 on Scalemates. Here is the link to the Scalemates pdf... https://www.scalemates.com/products/img/9/0/5/111905-72-instructions.pdf
  17. Good lookin' 442, Keith! Nice work on your detailing.
  18. Welcome to the community, Paul. SWEET lookin' builds! Please keep them coming!...
  19. It looks like Revell USA / Carrera got wise to their SUPER Bargain $23.99US price... https://carrera-revell-toys.com/revell/product/145539090-32-ford-tudor-sedan-2-n1 IMNSHO, that would make amazon.com is the way to go for the time being... https://www.amazon.com/Revell-14553-Ford-Tudor-Sedan/dp/B0D1RZWJ53/ref=sr_1_1?crid=20UJQ6RLMETFT&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.Jvo6fHWdQC_0c9f-77deacQxOLGNr6mF1PZpU1qivOM.n1O1dIYoNgRePgkeIzzbzAk5ue_RB0EFGBv8tujhd5A&dib_tag=se&keywords='32+ford+tudor+sedan&qid=1717792218&sprefix=32+ford+tudoe+sedan%2Caps%2C190&sr=8-1 I don't know what it is about '32 Ford Tudor Sedans, but I am ADDICTED to this kit!...
  20. I've ordered directly from Jimmy Flintstone's web site twice in the last couple of months. Other than the order confirmation at the time of submission, I received no correspondence, order just arrived about 3 weeks later. I am going to place a rather large order from him in the near future and will not hesitate to order from him in the future.
  21. Lookin' GOOD! Please keep your post coming...
  22. Received my copy of MCM #224 here in North County San Diego in the mail yesterday. I think this may be the best MCM issue to date!...
