  1. Sir, your project looks like it's coming along very well..Can't wait to see the finished product..Btw, did you build the chassis or buy it from somewhere? If you purchased it, who was the supplier because it's really nice?
  2. Mr. Norm's shop was on 3300 Grand Ave in Chicago..I'm 65 years young and can remember as a 10 year old kid going down there with my older brother who was into Hot Rodding to see what was coming out and in of his dealership..He was the man in Chicago when it came to hi-performance parts for Mopars.
  3. Papajohn, 1st let me say I'm not a big fan of these AWB cars, but YOU KILLED IT ON THIS ONE..It has the best paint, fit & finish that I've seen on this forum for AWB cars..Bro, I love the color & al the detail you put into this build..Job well done my friend..Btw, I'm from Chicago where Mr. Norm's Grand Spaulding Dodge was started.
  4. Sir, this reminds me of guy who hasn't alot of money, but wants to drag race real bad..So he finds this Grand National is some guys barn for $1500.00 He does what his budget allows and builds one of the best sleepers in the tri-state area..He gets a reputation for beating guys with more expensive cars..I like the build and looks cool as hell..This is the essence of Drag Racing..Job well done my friend!!!
  5. Very nice build..I was Googling some Juckbox Ford kits on the web for some ideas for my build..I came across your build because you didn't follow the box art.. I think your fade turned out pretty damn good and it has that sinnester look..Your build has inspired me to be a little more creative with my build..Job well done my friend.
  6. To be honest sir, the Chevelle was a after thought..Once I saw how the rear wheels didn't give me the look I wanted on the 55, I pivoted to the Chevelle...So I took the 55 chassis and used it for the Chevelle..The 67 Chevelle is the backhalf king of the model world. I think it turned out pretty good.
  7. Thank you Scott, I didn't know about the Monogram kit and thanks for letting me know..I bet that kit goes for a pretty penny on Ebay, so I'll settle for the MPC kit and rob another kit for its slicks or by from Iceman's Collections.
  8. Sir, I really like this build..I have two of these kits and my plan was to go Pro Street route because I have 4 Bob Glidden kits..My only reservation is cutting that hood off because I want the engine to be seen and I want the tear drop look like yours.. Your grafting of the hood scoop to the hood looks flawless..Paint is outstanding..Job well done my friend.
  9. Sir, the Grumpy might crack a smile after seeing your rendering of one his cars..The stance is perfect..Job well done my friend.
  10. Thank you sir, I'll be ordering me some tomorrow.
  11. Scott, I'm thinking about buying the 68 Coronet kit...Did it come with the slicks or are they from your parts box? I want to add another Mopar to my collection.
  12. Thank you..I guess I thank Trump for his tariff policies
  13. Really nice build Scott..Your engine detail is outstanding..Question, What or who did use or buy your fuel distribution block in front of the engine? The gold piece..I really like that setup and plan on trying it for the 1st time..Trying to improve my skill set.
  14. Thank you Zippi..Terry from STS did a great job of making those decals..He's my go to guy for specialty decals.
