  4. I've made my own with Evergreen Clear sheets CLEAR ORIENTED POLYSTYRENE SHEETS - Evergreen Scale Models
  5. Just build up the Revell kit like a glider,,,complete ,paint and everything,except for the diffs and suspension,,build up the wrecker body ....then do the math,,you can paint your add on once you figure it out and just nail it in then,,,that's how I do my frame stretch/shorten

I've been looking for one of those too Lee,,the mixer kit was a DM800 I think the last time that was issued was in the 90's,that's why I jumped on this ,it's been out of production for awhile ,,I think I'll build this up as a flat bed after a truck I worked on owned by Dennis Crowley,he hauled coil steel back in the 80's

  8. Mirrors are on ,bumper is primed and ready for painting then rubber mudflap material to be attached ,,the winch will pay out above the bumper like the 1:1 so it doesn't have to be cut out

  10. I considered trying that ,, I was going to airbrush some Testors Stoplight Red ,,but I didn't want to push my luck ,lol!
  11. I've tried just about everything ,,,,,Tamiya putty and Bondo spot glaze is all I use now,,, Brian,,remember not to make it too easy for the mechanics to gain engine access !!! lol

  13. .............a little more progress,I ran out of CTM marker lights,,,should have those by the weekend,,, Bulldog is on the hood,Auslowe cab markers are on,the light bar is on and the chain box diamond plate mounted with some chain thrown in .The winch lines with the hooks are done. Still massaging the front bumper ,,,winch should be here soon .I've ordered 2 more cab kits from Karl at Global, a Brockway 361 and a B61 Mack undecided how I'm going to build 'em yet

  16. Started adding the lights today,,Mack logos on the air horns,, some decals on the rear ,cable hooks painted up when dry I'll attach them ,diamond plate for chain box painted ,install when dry.Mack bulldog for hood chromed ,install when dry
  17. I couldn't find a picture with it on that specific Marmon Herrington setup only generic , Hendrickson setups
