  1. Brian your a freakin' wildman! lol,,, very very nice bro! ,don't forget the shop guy with the laptop checking ECM codes!
  2. Super nice day today in the 80's ! Cleaned up the yard a bit.........some more progress on the cruiser ,body prep-added side spear moldings ,shoot some primer tomorrow,,,chassis is now the proper wheelbase
  3. Thanks DJ..let me know I can send you a Paypal
  4. Any vendors out there have a 1/24th scale pump shotgun? Or any police car accessories ? (besides lightbars) I've done an ebay search ,,,none found plenty of 1/35th
  5. ...................started getting serious on this one today, and the 361 Brockway and the B-61 Mack came from Karl
  6. yeah, buddy of mine owns a body shop,he mixed up a bit for me
  7. It's a 1962 IH color called Vegas Blue also called International Harvester Blue
  8. I never saw one either,I picked it up on Ebay,, the print quality was very good,,hardly any sanding needed
  9. Finished her up,I didn't put on the body side molding using BMF because the 3D print body wasn't exactly correct with the body feature lines,,all in all turned out better than I thought considering it was built with a good dose of my parts bin and like I said before in the build thread the Fireball wheels/tires and front locking hubs made a big difference
  10. Thanks Francis,,this was my 1st 3D printed body kit project,,,not bad ,,I might do the CHP 69 Polara next
  11. Some progress on the Travelall.......all together,,,have to fab up an exhaust system,,this was a build and plan later job! lol, using some Chrysler mufflers and some pipes,,the Fireball tires/wheels and front lock hubs made a big difference,,I might try and add on the body side chrome molding .Have to make a battery tray-battery,master cylinder and wipers yet
  12. Finished her up,,basically a stock build,,STS decals,Fireball carbs, MCW lacquer with clear,,had an extra hood so I did that in primer, used Cragars but the car ran with Keystones too
  13. Gary ,maybe some K&S brass bent to the same shape to reinforce the bumper or even a piece of brass rod tucked in the upper 90 angle
  14. Looks good! Yeah 3D Concepts has some nice stuff!
  15. Monogram SuperBee chassis pan in the Polara,,pretty close ,,,might have to add some strips to fill the rocker "frame" rails to body too. I think I'll just add to the front frame rails a tad for that little difference,,,what do ya think ? I would just make some longer torsion bars . The trans mount would be shy a bit too,,Or section the pan in front of the rear frame rails and add a bit there? OR section it right behind the torsion bar sockets ?? I think moving it forward to where the control arm/spindle would be centered in the wheel well add the difference in the pan and move the rear section so the axle is centered
  16. That's coming along nice Ron! .............I'm taking notes.......hmmmmm 🙂
  17. I just pulled out and checked the Superbee chassis pan ,,,,it will fly. I think the easiest way to gain the little bit in the wheelbase will be to lengthen the front frame rails rather than section the floor pan ,,I'll take some pics tomorrow.Oh and the 3D print engine is bad,,actually undersize, and the Torqueflite looks like a Powerglide, lol,so I'll use a Monogram 1/24th 440 or look for a better 3D job on the innerweb.I've done a bit more on the Travelall today ,,I ordered some better tires and steelies from Joe at Fireball, they should be here soon
  18. Thanks DJ,,I think I'll be able to come up with something for the front end ,,,actually the whole floor pan and front/rear suspension ,8-3/4 needs revision
