  1. If I was you, I would lightly wet sand it with 2 or 3 thousand grit sandpaper, then clear it. Hope this helps.
  2. Thanks! If I can remember I'll show pics of it when it's done.
  3. Idk if this helps, but the body looks like it could be mated with amt's 71 Plymouth Duster chassis. The inner fenders look just like the duster's. That car's gonna look great!
  4. Man your builds are killer! my fav is the cuda. What type of paint did you use? It looks awesome!
  5. Man that looks amazing! I'm currently building that kit with a friend. I'm having a lot of trouble with the body as well. Hopefully mine turns out as good as yours!
  6. Cool! I thought that the inner fenders looked different, I think I might build that kit now. Yours looks KILLER!
  7. Thanks guys! I'm currently working on amts 1971 Plymouth duster 340. Here's some pics. This is currently where I'm at on the build.
  8. Great work! The 1969 Roadrunner/GTX is probably my favorite car ever. It looks amazing!!
  9. Man your cars look awesome!! Was the '66 mustang an amt kit? If so, did you change the chassis? I noticed the inner fenders in the engine bay didn't look like the ones from the amt kit. It looks way more real with the inner fenders you have on it. great build!!
  10. I take that back, this is my earliest build I have pics of, I built it about 2 years ago.
  11. Thank you!! Here's a pic of some of my earlier work, I built this car about a year or so ago. I don't currently have any pics of some of my first cars. This is teh earliest build I have pics of.
  12. Thanks guys! I really appreciate it.
  13. HI!! I have been building model cars for about 5 years now and have been reading the Q and A on this forum for awhile and finally made a profile. Here's one of my builds. It's MPC's 1981-82 Mustang, the paint is a custom mix of MCW's Acapulco Blue and Gloss Silver. The car is fully wired with brake lines and everything. My current build is AMT's 1971 Plymouth Duster but I don't have any pics of it right now.
