  1. Be a good little boy now and don't go pulling hole shots in the parking lot any more, that's what broke the last set of motor mounts.
  2. The Fast and the Furious
  3. Road rage is when Route 66 gets pissed off at you because your dragging your bumper on the pavement so it throws a pothole in your face when you least expect it, there goes another body mount.
  4. Sounds like it would work to me. I would lay some masking tape on the body and draw out the trim. Then transfer that to the .020 sheet. Then I would glue the triangle on to the sheet before putting it on the body. I think the .030 would be fine, .040 might be too big. And I know you like CA but I would use Tamiya Extyra thin on it.
  5. You mean your wife answers you, I just get snoring..... That trim kinda reminds me of the 57 Del Rio I'm working on except the dip is a bit more pronounced, a lot more pronounced. Works good with the two tone and the rear section looks like it right in line with the current trim so you may just need to fab the front section. 🤔 Just no portholes please. Unless you build a Buick
  6. WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!
  7. Stuff an oversized engine in that model of yours and you won't have enough room for the exhaust.
  8. Experience is not absorbed through the posterior unless you're planning on opening a Johnny-On-The Spot franchise.
  9. 49 degrees, we started out at 16 this morning. And we have snow coming down now and ice promised for the morning. I was never a good spectator, I always preferred to play sports rather then watch. Last time I was at MetLife Stadium it was for Bruce Springsteen. Anyway, the car looks good with a nice coat of primer. As for your inspiration I'm partial to the 2nd photo with the paint fade on a downward slope. Nice and easy as you don't have a molding to deal with. But ahh, there is the paint issue.🤔
  10. Nice work, looks good.
  11. Pedantic person may do lots of annoying things, such as point out minor errors, correct people who make small mistakes, and brag about their own knowledge and expertise.
  12. Roll out the barrel, we'll have a barrel of fun.
  13. equator is a circle of latitude that divides a spheroid, such as Earth, into the Northern and Southern hemispheres.
  14. I agree it runs too close to the wind split. Thought of terminating it earlier or kicking it up before the wheel opening and having it align with the wind split. Not sure about the last option.
  15. Hand off in the last seconds of the game failed to score and we went home winners!!!
  16. short members list
  17. Season lightly with salt and pepper and then four minutes per side should be just about perfect.
  18. Ha, that’s pretty good.
  19. As for the real cars on the Spoiler the nose is a bit longer then the Talledega and also slopes down at a steeper angle. The Talledega is 30 degrees and the Spoiler 35. Also the front edge of the hood is different between the two. Mercury the hood is a “W” shape as they call it. there is some good info here. https://talladegaspoilerregistry.com/significant-cars/ford-talladega-2/ford-talladega/
