    1934 Ford

Here is a 34 Ford. I sanded down the sun roof and shot some Sublime Green on it, the panels and will soon have it on the frame.
  2. Yes this is #3 in the Avanti field for me. I have a few 2 others in progress but, I am not willing to attack them yet. Anyway, I got the paint laid on the body and frame. I was going for a Salt flat car like Raul's but I decided to do a more street version. I am not going for a stock look here so I am gonna try to lower my first model here. I chose a set of wheels from a 66 chevelle wagon kit and I have the blessing from Raul that they look good, and hell I think they look good so I am gonna use them. Of course I aill try to detail them so it isnt just a chrome piece there.
  3. Well since almost everyone else was doing an easy kit to ease the pain, I thought I would since I am not too happy with the way the paint came out on my Silverado Street Truck. This is the Hotwheels Corvette Snaptite Kit And of course I could not let it be that boring molded in color color, Huggar Orange has many good uses. Just need to get a couple gloss cotes on it and the body will be finished. Got the chassis done but havent taken any pics yet. Will get those soon. Thanks for lookin.
  4. Looking good Izzy, keep it up.

    Dodge Ram

That is AWESOME!!!!! I have been trying to trade ppl for this kit and the other one but they all want to sell, sell, sell.
  10. I am curious to see that Avanti finished.
  11. This is from a guy who restores Studebakers for a living, If it's a Studebaker with an R1 or 2, everything's black except the orangy red fan, the orange supercharger, blue throttle return springs, chrome valve covers and vallet pan, stainless shields and natural metal color alternator. R-3 & fours had red blocks and heads
  12. I agree with Nicky, I liked the blue better.
  13. That is crappy, most of these guys spent their hard earned money to build their cars for this build off, and you are quitting with less than a month left? If you start something finish it. I am glad I am glad I don't go into a lot of detail, or I would be pissed.
  14. Sorry I didnt read all the posts, just giving my experience with Super Clean, dont know whats in it, just know it works well.
  15. I use Super clean in the 5 gallon purple jug at wal-mart, works awesome and it is safe for the plastics (can leave in for months) Works well on chrome, I dont know how long it takes, I usually check next morning and its gone.
