  1. Heres the best idea, I now it aint always the cheapest, but get one of those big display cases. You can get factory seconds sometimes. I've had mine in cases for about 4-5 years now, and they are virtually dust free. What little dust gets in there is easly kept up with. I got 3 of those cases, one had a cracked mirror backing in one section, luckily i got some spare mirror pieces, and placed it in the bad section. Another I got from MAC tools truck. It had ridden in the box and scuffed the plexi glass front. A little time with some auto polish and the scuff is gone. Both I got 1/2 normal price. The 3rd was a gift. Of course I got lucky, individual cases could work too. Dust, is horrible, and gets all through them, I'll leave my finished kits in the box until I have a case.
  2. Nice work, but how about a few more pics ? I'm sure we'd all like to see more angles of it.
  3. Looks great, and that first complete photo outside, looks almost real. If Your base was grey instead of black, it would have blended with the drive way, and really looked like the real thing. Great detail !
  4. Used Cars ith Kurt Russel, and Jack Warden,.....great flick........got get it on DVD, I heard it just came out anniversary edition. THATS TOO F****** HIGH !
  5. Porkys, when they were borrowing the projector I believe, to watch a XXX movie. They told the princpal it was a safety film.
  6. The movie Summer School I believe, the quote is from the two stoner/horror kids !
  7. I sell quite a bit of stuff, so making it all paypal is ok, with me. Beats waiting for a money order. Aslong as they make it immediate payment. I know they take fees, but it beats waiting day. Plus when I buy I always prefer to pay by paypal saves the trip to get a money order and a stamp. !
  8. Gota love the Model King stuff, lots of pics, even on the inside flaps on some kits. Plus their boxes, are thicker than most other kits.
  9. I vote for real, and if it aint, thats a VERY detailed model !
  10. No its a MG Midget, the B had different head lights, rocker panels, ect, plus the B was a tad bigger.
  11. And on most forums, the General Lee's flag is offensive, and must be covered. And it was removed from the box art too! If this is real I can imagine the trouble this would bring. Now all we need is a kit with Mohammed on it>
  12. I cant wait for this one. I only wish the hood was flat and the "scoops" sat on top like the real thing. I can see recesses where the scoops go. A flat hood would be great for a base version. Also I hoping the SS emblem on the grill is a separate piece along with the black rubber SS panel between the tailights is also separate. And how about a bench seat? maybe a resin caster will come through. After all it would be nice to do a 6 banger or a 307 V8 version, with dog dish hup caps, or even full wheel covers. Kinda like the car grandma had. Model companies always make the SS or the GT verison of cars hardly ever the base vesions. And it would be so easy for them to add a few extra parts to make them in various versions. Some photo etched emblems, and or decals. I now I'm probably dreaming. But no matter what I love Novas I've had a few, all six bangers though, but still cool. In any case its gonn kicks the old AMTs rear end.
  13. I was told by my LHS that today April 9th is the ship date from their supplier. I guess some places already have it. I hear Cranberry Pa had them. I;m in Youngstown, Ohio which is about an hour away. So it should be real real soon.
