Beautiful finish on the lustrous paint.

That's my plan. I had considered a shop type display with the engine off the tub but that makes for a big footprint. The cowling and front wing will be sitting next to the car. I want to see all that detail. Eye watering was my reaction. I don't do that many models so I treated myself. Next up is a Model Factory Hiro with similar cost and complexity. Stepping away gives me time to get over the mistakes. Seeing the completed work softens those blows as well. I'm very pleased with the result. Thanks all for the kind comment!

Super cool resto-mod. Joe Martin would be proud of the stance. Excellent panel lines on the hood. I'm thinking there was some time spent getting that so well aligned. What's up with the photoshop on the grill and front end? Great build.

Hey all - Time to call this one a wrap. It's not perfect, but what is? Thankfully I'm please with the result. The Tamiya kit is excellent. The Top Studio aftermarket detail kit is phenomenal. Ridiculously complicated but beautifully instructed with spectacular parts. It's a beast, but highly recommended. Thanks for looking. All good in PA!

Cool restomod. As stated the stance is perfect! The engine bay is a treat. I just wish the metallic paint had a better scale. You've got a beautiful finish, don't get me wrong, but the flex in the paint to my eye is to large. Super build!
