  2. Stretched fram 2 scale feet.Added extra fuel tank and battery boxes.Going to have a merkury bunk.Rear mount stacks are from an astro.Added turbo parts from kit to make a 335hp. Thanks for looking.Any comments good or bad are welcomed
  3. GREAT WORK Ive been thinking of doing one sinse I saw one in a magizine a couple years back. That dodge is neat also. I feel that a 250 cummins from an autocar or freightliner would suit it better
  4. This truck is amazing. You could say it is 100% accurate because It would be a replica of a restored oldie turned show piece. With the old ones beining repoped and the aftermarket offerings you can build in 3 styles-show room correct, beat up and still trucking,or a restored jewel.
  5. If back dating,or updating these macks change the back windows between the two also.
  6. Added air lines and a few extra lights. back dated grab handles. box stock other wise.
  7. I searched and searched and can't find it,I even remember the "boss truck of america" on the cover.I nticed Tim has most of them posted in his movin on site, anyway. If I find it and there is any more to add will do so.
  8. I have an old overdrive magizine with a article about filming moving on.It has pics of the marmon and the k.w. with all the equipment hanging off it.Give me a couple days and I,ll scan and post.
  9. I don't know if they are still used, but I have seen them in some of my 70,s Canadian Road Knight magizines.I'll try to find and post a picture or two. Also when I was a kid a family freind hauled coils in that maner.
  10. There is a few good pictures of a MACK N in the HOW DO I section at http://pete389.proboards54.com/index.cgi
  11. I like what you doing.Paint it orange like RELIABLE CARRIERS,they have a whole fleet of these mansions.
  12. I've been surfing truck model sites for awhile now and finally joined one.You seem to be the Pete expert of the web so I'll ask a few questions.I'd like to build a 1967 351-m,125" bbc that i have pics of.I'm going to try converting an amt cab to a little window as showen elsewhere on this forum. It states this truck has outboard-mounted clutch linkage and steering box for a "cat".My question is how much different is this to an amt kit? Also what kit has a "cat"that would work for this truck?I read on another forum a question about Allis-Chalmers truck engines,do you know anything about these.Your work is AMAZING!
