  1. Ditto all the way.. Love the color choice. The paintis looking GOOD.. Wheels look sweet. This will be cool when it's done.
  2. I'd have to agree. But I' not quite sure how long the wait would be before you could claim it has yours. 50 bucks is 50 bucks. BTW: I like the color.
  3. Thanks. Okay, a few more ?. embossing powders? Craft stores? What did You do to make it stick? Airbrush fresh paint? Brush on Paint/clear? Elmers glue?
  4. WOW. Interior came out Great. That Pastel really makes a differance. Did you flock the floors or is that just different shaded paint? Interiors are probably my week point.
  5. ya, What they all said.. Just because 1 or 2 guys don't like your style. Who gives a Frick.. Now get back to work on the Mercedes, I want to know how y'all do that.. (got one on stand-by)
  6. That is a Gourgues Toyota. You did an Awesome Job. I Love it.....................
  7. The Redone Wagon looks Awesome.. Now that will make people want to buy them up.. Now would you please stop buying them up so I can get one(2-3) on the west coast?
  8. Right now I'm using a Dark tan to simulate colored Plastic on the rear seat back. Front seat The paint gives it a rough texture. looks like Fabric or No-Slip tape (Rough in texture like 120grit sand paper) easily to paint over and use for a bed liner of sorts. Or a rough undercoating..
  9. Okay, I'm actually getting something done. interior Shot with a Buff Beige by Scale MotorSport Faux Fabrix. The down side is I'm not quite sure how or what other color to use to Hi-lite the interior. There are no Door panel details so I'm trying to think of what to do. How to two tone the seats. With Black on the thigh and shoulder supports?
  10. And I'll Third that.. Love the Blue on the Viper. And yellow Ferrari, Cool. Very Cool. Like the paint stand. Just Extra Sprue pieced together?
  11. Mmmmm I can see that. Color, I think, is the hardest choice.. Big fan of Steelies and Whitewalls. Guess I'm just old fashion..
  12. That was my thought It is looking good. What color blue is that? BTW: Happy Birthday to your Mom.. I love those old Impalas and My G/F learned to drive in a 58 Impala. (that must have been nice to be there)
  13. Your wife Builds. 2 Thumbs up already. I love the big white walls and steel wheel look. Can't wait to see it in Green.. Awesome job so far..
  14. Well that is some useful info I was looking for too. But I did buy two already tho. Is there a Website that shows How they Do it? Or is it all shade tree mechanics so far? I don't hate'em or Love'em. But I do like'em. So do keep up the good work and Love to see it when it's done..
  15. And I'll Fourth it.. Everything looks Great on it.. Super Job. I Love it. Smokin.....................
  16. Ditto. For such a small car. it came out as good as a Larger one. Really nice job. Don't drop it. You'll never find it..
  17. Looks a little bit weathered too. Makes a nice old restore project. Looks good..
  18. And yet, it still looks restorable. Nice job. Small but a big job well done..
  19. Repo Rig just not working? I'll have to wait a bit and find my Wrecker bed info and start building one. Maybe out of the Chevy extra cab or the Last issue of the 92-ish Ford The tires are Bridgestone Mud duelers from an Import 4x4 kit (??) (24"inches tall in 1/24th) The Resin wheels are from the parts box I got a few years ago at an NNL that SABA has put on for Many Years here in Portland. I hogged out the holes for some added depth I simplified the wheel lift because the tilt option was a PITA the first time. Thanks for the Comments.
  20. That Engine came in the kit? Guess I missed that one. Motor is looking Sweeeeeeeeeeeet. Great detailing on it.. Love the license plate Welcome back to building.. I'm just getting back into building too. And this place has been Quit inspirational..
  21. So that is what that stuff is. So crush it up and brush it on Rub it off (or just a tad). Or brush it off (A bit) then Clear (Pick your gloss level)? Interior is looking great. No pic of car tho (first pic is Red X (for me?)
  22. that is a Heavy Duty Compressor. Nice work. Nice work on the Generator/Welder. Nice Dirt bikes... Nice Nice Stuff..
  23. Sorry. It double posted when I was editing. Nothing to see here people. Except for this.
  24. Something I was toying with. I was thinking about making a repo Truck. Hidden wheel lift under the back bumper (or as bumper) Then I decided to build a Boom for it. And then........ The Boom (Century) Century Wheel lift w/o tilting feature (unlike the Metro I did Earlier) I might just build a tow truck and scrap the Truck bed.
  25. Well. I'm gonna have to Vote Model. Had a friend that polished out a metal kit and it looked that good. But I'm probley wrong. A Really Tough call.
