  1. Using future as a barrier coat was very ingenious and resulted a fantastic result. I would like to see a tutorial and will definitely use your method to apply lacquer over Kustom Kolors (hybrid enamel/lacquer) paints projects.
  2. This is soooo sick! Amazing work.
  3. The wheel center color is perfect for this ride. Keep it up Cesar.
  4. Welcome to the forum. That's a sweet Chevelle. I like the color and I'm looking forward to seeing it with some clear on it. I'm another guy who left the hobby as a kid and returned recently. Keep up the good work.
  5. Incredible!
  6. The plumbing looks good. Keep it up.
  7. If you cut the clear coat, will the cut be visible?
  8. The chassis looks great. Somehow I missed the bodywork to raise one side of the roof and tail light section. It sucks that you had to make the corrections, but I'm glad that you did it and shared the work with us. Your hard work is really paying off. This is a truly exceptional build. I think you exceeded your goal of retaining the character of the '69 Chevelle in an aggressive and modern promod.
  9. Very nice flame work. I've wanted to try this method for a while, but I'm scared that I will cut the paint when I cut the tape.
  10. That engine is incredible. Did you open the rear fenders?
  11. Great chassis work.
  12. The stuff you guys scratch build amazes me. Awesome work!
  13. This is stunning work. The hood bulge is something that a lot of models miss. I prefer the old bulge. But, the new one looks pretty good also.
  14. Great idea. Why didn't I think of that? I really like the use of the washable glue stick for the pattern.

  16. Gregg, the paint and foil work look great. The early pictures had black wheels and the more recent pictures look like aluminum. Did I miss something? Did you change the wheels? Also, where did you find the wheels?
  17. Outstanding work. The chassis and suspension look fantastic. I love the jig. I've never seen anyone use balsa wood for a jig... Great idea. How did you make the four link brackets and holes so symmetrical?
  18. WOW! That's one heck of a paint job. I love the graphics. You Rock Cranky
  19. Absolutely stunning work! It just gets better and better.
  20. My stomach hurts from laughing so hard. That may be the funniest thing I've seen on this site.
  21. Thanks for the info Cesar. I gotta get a dimmer and try your method.
  22. Stunning work! I don't think you've used any putty, yet there are no gaps and body work is tight. I'm amazed.
  23. Here are some options for visors. I prefer these to the stationary types of magnification.
  24. Thanks for the link Cesar. That's exactly what we were looking for. The shine is amazing. Keep it up buddy
  25. That's what I meant also... the rotary tool polisher.
