Only the body is metal. I wish Revell would do a plastic version.

I started with the Revell Diecast Tomb Raider Jeep. I scratchbuilt a new rollcage. Instead of putting the rear seat in I added plastruct diamond tread and covered it with BMF. I added a stokes basket, surfboard, flippers & gear bags. I also added a whip antenna, radio and emergency lights on the hood. I stripped the chrome off the wheels and painted them with Tamiya Silver. Decals came from Lindberg Baywatch Toyota P/U kit. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki

AMT's '61 Ford Ranchero kit. I have lowered both the front and rear. Then added custom wheels and tires from Revell's '67 Chevelle kit. It will get a two-tone paint job of grape and silver. The front and rear bumpers will be painted silver also. The interior will be purple and silver. There is also a resin hood from Drag City Casting. Hosted on Fotki

Built using an AMT Snap kit. I removed the running boards, lowered the ride height, painted black and yellow, added a red stripe, added a rear rollpan and a cowl hood from the AMT Custom Dually snap kit. I added a ground effect under the front bumper from the AMT 454SS Pickup kit. I also added Pegagus wheels and rotors. Hosted on Fotki
