Trying to finish my '61 Ranchero. I have lowered both the front and rear, added custom wheels and tires from Revell's '67 Chevelle kit. It received a two-tone paint job of grape and silver. The front and rear bumpers are painted silver. The interior is black and there is a resin hood from Drag City Casting. It has the engine from the '32 Phantom Vicky kit. It is a 1/25 Diecast. I picked up a couple at a model show/ swap meet. They're out of production right now. They have great tires and wheels on them.

Mini's Johan cutlass vs newage donk trend !
Wheels replied to David@MinidreamsInc.'s topic in Model Cars
Come on guys can't we all get along! LOL! It's a great looking Olds! I too am not a fan of donks but that doesn't make me close-minded. I just know what I like! I can appreciate the model though. Cruz has looked at my models and has given me pointers on painting which should help me become a better model builder. I enjoy everyone's models posted here. Let's just have fun building! -
It's sad because it affects people's jobs. Let's face it, for too long automakers have had too many nameplates. They should have focused on exsisting brand names rather than coming up with new ones. I liked the Cougar idea though.

Very nice Cuda Jeff!

Very Cool! It turned out to be very nice! I took my Driver's Ed in a Chevette. I wish it had been in this one! I would have failed for sure! LOL!

That's a shame. That was one of my favorites.

Jarius, I enjoy your cool auto art! I believe you did a 57 GMC Crew cab a while back. Do you have that one still? I would love to see it again. Mark

My daughters went with me to help set-up the vendor room on Friday. They are such good little workers! They also like to build models! Wheels replied to Modlguy's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
It was a great time Saturday! It was good to talk with friends and fellow modelers! Sorry I missed you Dave. Hope your feeling better! Mr. Stillwagon continues to amaze me with his builds! I love this hobby because people are willing to share their techniques and that makes all better builders! Very Cool Camaro Cruz!! Thanks for your painting tips! -

Wheels replied to RodneyBad's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Nice Trucks!! I like the lowered Ramcharger and the shoetbox Dodge P/U. Where did those wheels come from on the pickup? Mark
