  4. Hey Ryan, yea he had some cool stuff that i'd like to get! It's really turning into a mystery as to what happened to him???
  5. Didn't Johan make a kit of that? I might be off on the year model?
  6. You bet! Please keep us posted on your progress! Maybe it will motivate me to build mine! LOL
  7. Anyone? Nobody knows what happened to him??????
  8. Hey Len, I have the same project planned as well as the Tom McEwen's Mongoose hauler. I have lots of reference pics of the real trucks on my Fotki site that might be of use to your project. www.public.fotki.com/lotso
  9. Does anyone know what ever happened to Mustang Mike, the guy that was making all the Mustang II conversion parts? For quite a while he had parts on Ebay and had made posts here but it has been a long time since i've seen anything from him!
  10. Ahh, I see. So I need to copy a link, paste it here, go back to my pics, copy a link, paste it here, etc, etc.
  11. Ahhhhh, my bad, I was thinking front seats. Come to think of it, I think my camaro rear seat looks like the one in your pic.
  12. For those that don't know, there were real 1:1 Zingers made as show cars by Daryl Starbird if I remember correctly. They were basically just overblown engine stands using normal sized engines with mini fiberglass bodies.
  13. I've always loved the little Zingers kits and was pretty happy to see them reissued. I have a few originals still sealed but not the whole set. One thing i've noticed is that they are all out except for the Super Volks (Volkswagon bug) Zinger? I wonder if theres a licensing problem with it? Hs anyone else seen this kit available anywhere?
  14. LOL, no i've got plans for that one! (Don't we say that about all of them!) LOL I did try that before I had made my previous post. I would go to a picture, open it, click on the link, hit back, choose the next pic, click on the link, etc, etc. I then came back here and typed bracketimgbracketcontolvbracket/imgbracket but only one of the links appeard. I think it was the last one I chose while looking at my pictures?
  15. I have worked on many types of automotive seats over the years even reupholstering a few along the way. I don't think i've ever seen a seat with round coil type springs? Rather, every seat i've seen has spring steel wire, usually in the form of a string of "S's" or "Z's" that run across from side bolster to side bolster. Then foam padding is placed on top. The seat covering is usually stitched in a way that it forms the contours of the seat along with the shape of the foam underneath. When I think of seats that i've seen that were badly worn, all I can remember sticking out was the tan foam. Maybe some strips of duct tape trying to keep it in.
  16. Ok, i've got the single pic thing down but how do I add multiple pics in one post?
  17. Here's a couple. Sorry for the cruddy pics.
  18. One more test pic
  19. Thanks Mike! Heres another shot.
  20. FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good grief!!!! The problem was that I was choosing the wrong link. I needed to choose "direct link to picture" I didn't click on that at first because I thought it would post a link to my picture rather than the picture itself. I really appreciate all of you help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  22. Ok, There is another link below my picture that has the http in it. I says it's a link for instant messenger and something else. I tried copying and pasting that one and got an error message on here stating that i'm not allowed to post that kind of link to this forum?
