  1. I use Testors acyrl flat and/or semi gloss in the round bottles.
  2. Sweet & SHINY :)
  3. I make little easel cards for my builds that states the paint color, engine details, and highlights of other modifications. They're similar to the display boards the 1:1s use. I also use mirrors under some builds and some even get an LED spotlight shining on the undercarriage, paint, or wheel.
  4. Thanks guys. She has 30,000 original miles. The transport guy commented that he didn't know he was picking up a brand new 1986 Mustang. After my near death experience at the start of March, I decided my life is worth a splurge. The baja bug will be hitting ebay & Craigslist in the very near future, Robert.
  5. Ruining people's gardens? Not good. I hope you get caught soon.
  6. Col. Kurtz? Who's he? I remember Col Klink from Hogan's Heroes. You got it G - Semper Fi.

  9. Thanks guys. Vietnam Service Ribbon goes on all my builds. And thank you.
  10. I remember "Santa Fe - the action track of clay". Sometimes my memory remembers Dick Nelson (Chevy) but I forget his Ford nemisis' name.
  11. Thanks ray. I don't know if there's a 1/25 scale kit available. If so, I want one.
  12. My toy showed up late yesterday afternoon. 1986 Mustang GT that's ALL original, 30K miles and was in climate controlled storage for many years.
  13. Ha, ha. I won't have that problem, Luc. I'm planning to get a couple of these puppies whenever they come out.
  14. All I use is HOK pre-mixed paints and have every color available through Coast Airbrush. HOK goes over Duplicolor primer.
  15. A couple of fine SHINY :) beauties.
  16. Thanks Douglas.
  17. Thank you guys. It was a fun build.
  18. Thank you Lee and thank you again. Yup -Vietnam with the 1st Battlion, 13th Marines in 1969-70. That's the Vietnam Service Ribbon you see on everyone of my builds.
  19. Thanks Miles. I didn't actually pick the name. It was given to me by fellow Marines in Vietnam.
  20. Bet you thought this would be just a plain old Caravan painted in HOK kosmos red with some Pearl-Ex interface red powder in the clear coat, didn't you? Ha, ha. The roof scoop might give you the hint that there's something going on inside - like a Hemi!
