Sorry guys I'm waiting on a kit I won, it has the spoke rims and tires. Then I'll get back at this one.Still not sure on the interior?Not all that visible.So maybe just a hanging headliner and a couple of bench seats.Will see what the other kit has in it.Stay tuned.I'm still into it..lol

Grafted the scoops from the vette also motor,seats and console.Here are some pics of mock up.Like I need another project.

I like to spend the money I earn.That way the government doesn't get it.Can't take it with ya I know,but they ain't getting it either.More so now a days, but I don't trust banks at all($5 fee to use my $ come on).If you want spare money get rid of the credit and debit cards.I use soda can deposits for model money also.Pay your bills,yes,but be thrifty for your cause.I must add that my house makes less than $35,000 a yr.And we don't go without the basics It's amazing the amount of stuff we have on that income,yet I still complain now and again.Lucky or just a cheap skate?It also helps to have an under the table side gig or 2.I sell mower parts, I find in the fall and spring pick ups,a tire here a carb there.I got it for free, so I can charge what I want for it.My band money goes towards the model hobbie too.Scrap yards are a good source of income if your selling or buying.I just got a cool old rat rod-ish bicycle(American Flyer) for scrap rate$.20 a lb.,I'll post some pics of that in the bike post later.Keep an eye open for things others may need that way you have it if the conversation comes up.I just sold some 2x4's I got from work they thru out.All in all ,one mans junk helps another mans hobbie...Build on.

Nice,looks really good,But I think those tires will hold air they look fairly new,put some air in and drive it home...when the suns out.

Nice work man.The motor looks very nice.Being in the north we have no choice but to love rust.I sometimes go to scrap yards to look (and pick) at the piles of beauty.

What I don't get is the paint flake scale debate?If the flake WAS in scale would you see it with 1:1 eyes?I know mine wouldn't.

Look at the pic I posted above ,I don't see any holes?Maybe a fraud,could be the angle of the pics I have or its been restored.Either way I can fix that pretty easy.lol.Thanks for the pic Dave.Got one of the other side?For the record the original wasn't chopped either .

In the original car there are no through holes Dave.Got them through the glass.Weak bullets I guess back then??

A couple pics of the bullet dents.Tried to get them in the same general area.If I can make some decals,they might be,Bonnie&Clyde Gun Shop.I also have a pic of the plate from the original car.First mistake out of the gate,Weld line not so straight. Miles to go on this one.

I'll try to keep it going Virgil.The interior has me worried but I'll figure something out.Christian,I really appreciate the interest.It does keep me motivated when others are involved or egging me on if you will .Looks like it's going to be B&C ride again,maybe a Bonnie and Clyde customs shop or salvage rig,cause I already added the bullet dents,came out better than I thought. Got a couple of things to do before I post an update sometime today.
