  1. I too have seen that episode and I MUST say....I like your better. The wheels you chose fit much better (Phat Daddies I think)GREAT build and oh so VERY clean.I too am a HUGE fan of your Venom build. Thanks for sharing!!!
  2. Great to see young kids these days interested in the hobby.Considering the whole i-Pod,video game, internet, texting etc. etc. mind set of todays children its refreshing to see kids taking pride in doing things with their hands. Thanks for sharing and good luck to all your childrens future endeavours!!!!
  3. Please enter this into as many competitions as you can. That is sooooo very nice and original.Im a HUGE Skyline fan and I really appreciate your attention to detail on this build.Keep it up.
  4. Thanks....Im following a lot of yours as well.Ive got some 19" Ts coming and I will prolly use them on the front leaving the 23" on the back.I think it will look a lil better. Thanks for looking.
  5. This has been a thought of mine for a while.....My favorite car in the entire world is the venerable 1970 Chevelle SS LS-6.I absolutely love the ###### thing...lol.BUT since making a "real" LS-6 a street machine would all but kill its value Im going to build a LS-6 Street Fighter.A.K.A. close but not the real deal.Shaving all factory ###### (door handles, script, marker lights) Making the trim black because body color will be platinum....Model Master Custom Lacquer Bright Platinum Metallic to be exact cleared in the same line.Wheels will be Pegasus Chrome T's (yes...I DO love those wheels).Engine....hmmmm...it WILL be a 454 but Im NOT sure on induction.I want everything to fit under the hood but be bad enough to make pre-pubescent boys cry when I crank it.(YES Im crazy....LOL.)Anyway....mock-up pics----------> Thanks for looking....and give me some ideas on induction (pics preferred since Im limited in the parts box department)I will be slowing this build down a bit to make it a good one but it will be my only project so I will post progrees pics at least (I hope ....lol.) once a week.Later.
  6. That is going to be awesome.Im definately looking forward to this!!!Drop all the other builds you have and finish this thing NOW!!!!LOL....j/k But it is going to be BAD....in a good way.Later.
  7. Maaaan.....why didnt one of you detail-hounds tell me I have the wheels/tires mounted wrong?LOL....Im going to fix that.
  8. Getting close to being done with this one.Simple build Im trying to replicate "euro" style light (clear housing with colored insides) anyway....here are pics so far....thanks for lookin'.Later. And this last one is a temporary tattoo I got from a vending machine at Pizza Hut.I was going to put it on top of the bed cover but got worried clear may eat it...lol.Anyone ever done that before....if so what happened.
  9. STREET!!!.....definately do that as a street beast.Make sure to beef it up (chassis and what-not) and Im lovin it.Detail question....what is this based off?Resin...plastic....whassup?Loving the idea so far.
  10. Sounds sweet....Im going to pick up at least one more of these and also go the whole shaven thing.Id love to find them as cheap as fatherdevine found his but I doubt it.Make sure to post up some pics.Later.
  11. Little bit further....needs to have headlights/tailights/Shell glass installed and she will be done.Pics-----> I left the interior molded color (gray) cause it is basically a fancy curbside. And Im still looking for different wheels cause I know in 1995 (the year of this truck) most people werent rolling on 20" or more but come on!!!.Im thinking of trying to replicate this frame (and suspension of course) out of styrene for other builds because it is SOOOO adjustable.Anyway....Later and thanks for looking.
  12. Whhhaaaaaa????Man if they did that at my store......Id have to hire people to carry them things out for me.I know it is a simple kit but dang........Thanks.....Im going to check that out....more pics anyway....even though this isnt a fan favorite.....lol.
  13. Im LOVIN that thing man.I built the same car (left mine black cause I was too po' to buy paint) about....hmmmm.....well a loooong time ago.Well done.I saw it posted on LIL and I was like WOOOOOW.
  14. HOLY TWINS BATMAN.....lol.No Im not Randy and thats not the same car. That car looks waaaaaaay better than mine. And yes the buttons on my seats are silver.Kinda freaked me out a bit when I saw it though.I almost used those wheels to give it more of a traditional feel but I think they are too small (I like my wheels like my women...)Later.
  15. I will definately be following this one.Ive got both the "donk" and lowrider version of this pig....errrrr...Caddy.I was wanting to pro-street one using parts from both and this looks like a jump-off thread for me to follow.Good luck man!!!Later.
  16. Mock-up pictures...should be done before too long!! First ones...ridin' high.... Next...overhead frame and body shot.... Now...the frame .... And finally....the money shot....laying frame...LOL.I know Im retarded. I HIGHLY recommend this kit to everyone wanting to take a break from all the detail madness.VERY simple.....but hey I know some of you cant help it.You guys would detail the ###### out of it and it would be 2 YEARS before it would be done....but hey....who cares...have fun guys and thanks for looking!!!!Later.
  17. ONE....lol of my favorite cars.Do this one FIRST out of all the cars you have started!!!!Good luck and good modeling.Later.
  18. very radiKOOL man.I like different stuff and ...welll....doesnt get much more different than that.Good Modeling!!!Later.
  19. AWESOME!!I really like that.Great paint and detail.Keep it up.
  20. I cant wait to see this thing finished!!!Excellent attention to details and great inventivness....in other words...That der iz a sawwet lookin autimobil ya gots dere.LOL.
  21. Ahhh....sounds like you know of what you speak. Thanks for the tip man.
  22. Picked this up at Hobby Lobby (I got ripped off I paid $29.00 at the one next to my house went to the next closest looking for paint they had it for $15.99....but I digress....)Id seen it built a few times and it looks pretty simple.Curbside BUT has fully adjustable suspension. So far Ive painted the Cab/Bed/Cover Testors One Coat Lacquer Lime Ice.I also painted the suspension parts with plain ole Testors Metallic silver. The only complaint so far about this kit....(as usual for me...) the wheels are sooooooooo tiny.Pictures----------> Frame...suspension bits. Body and wheels. I havent cleared it because Ive got a scrap piece of the sprue drying with the Lime Ice on it and Im going to spray it with Duplicolor"Clear Effex" it has a sparkle fleck or whatever in it.I just dont know if it will go on that lacquer without messing it up....ANYWAY....LOL.Thanks for looking and good modeling!!!!Later.
  23. I was asked to post a few more so here goes.... Chvy Suburban: Original: Choppage: Audi TT: Original: Chopped: VW Scirocco: Original: Tuned: VW Tourag: Original: West Coast Customs: One more..... Audi A5: Original: My Version: Thanks for looking.I havent done any Photoshop stuff in a while because I have been focused on models lately. But I may be doing something sone.Later.
  24. LOL...Ive seen some of your builds so I appreciate that.I am Feenin' for a hearse.Ive never seen a kit in person cause if I did.....LOL....noone better try to get it in front of me.I want one SOOOOO bad.Like I said Ive "lurked" on LIL and your builds are pretty good.Good modeling man!!
  25. LOL....Ive thought about fixing it but Id prolly mess it up worse knowing my luck.I think if it werent for the wheels (that I LOVE by the way) it would be pretty period.Even though that was 20+ years before I was born.LOL.Later.
