  1. I was thinkin just make a rack to slide them into. I been tryin to figure out how to make a hitch like that since I seen some on Ebay a while back.
  2. That'll be my next truck right there. Only mine will be a crew cab. Almost had one just like that, only black (instead of my S-10) for $1500.00, but the guy sold it before I was able to go look at it.
  3. I just figured they might be something easily made. In any case, thanks for the link, I found em. Guess I need to place an order.
  4. Lookin good. Where do you get the gladhands? Or do you scratchbuild them??
  5. ROADTRIP Those Galaxie trailers are BIG sellers on Ebay, especially at the right price. If you start em out at $15 they would probably get up to AT LEAST $25.
  6. I don't think anyone mentioned it (though I could be blind) ........ How about the Pete from "Breakdown". The Italeri Pete 377 A/E kit would be perfect for that.
  7. I can already see what direction that build is going.
  8. I was thinking the EXACT same thing. Of course, depending on where at in Ohio this is, I might just stop on my way through next Monday.
  9. What, like $14 for that galaxie trailer??????
  10. You guys really need to stop taking pics of real cars and trying to pass them off as models. Looks great, nice job.
  11. I'm planning to do the same thing in the near future. I found these pics on craigslist. Hope they'll be of some help.
  12. That thing is AWESOME. Looks like the modern day haulers. Wish they made a kit of those.
  13. I think I'll jump in this if it's not too late. I'll be building a Revell F-150 Lightning. I won't be starting it til some time in November though.
  14. Mine is the AMT 71 Duster. I keep looking at it but can't bring myself to start it. Some of you will think I'm crazy because it's not a special kit or anything, it's just the motivation for the build that's stopping me. I plan to build a replica of the first car my dad ever owned and he's been gone almost 6 years. It's a sentimental thing with it.
  15. No Clayton, everyone has their own kit. We build our own kits to our specs as a community.
  16. A quarter??? Wish I could catch a break like that. I've wanted one of those Volvo's since I first seen them, just could never afford it. (Wouldn't wanna sell it to me for twice what you paid for it would ya????) Plus shipping of course.
  17. Easy one for me..... 1978 Ford Thunderbird.
  18. Wow, that sucks that there's no engine, especially for the amount those things are going for on Ebay. Still one of my favorite late model rigs though. I've been looking at some of the Italeri Pete's too. Guess I might have to stick with the Revell Pete or KW though.
  19. Is the second rig the Italeri Volvo??? How is the detail and fitment of that kit? I would definatly be interested in this CBP, I'd just need to get ahold of a truck.
  20. Not quite sure how to graft the resin cowl to the kit hood. The Ram Air hood me and a buddy are working on will be available soon. The master has been made, he just needs to make the mold and pour it.
  21. I'm definatly on board with the Torino from Starsky and Hutch. And even though you said you hated it, I want to see the 67 Shelby GT500 version of Eleanor. How about the goblin face (can't remember if it was a KW, FL or Pete) from Maximum Overdrive?
  22. Ebay. I FOUND one of those Visa gift cards in the parking lot at work a couple weeks ago, and since no one claimed it I decided to use it. Had $10 on it, the wheels were $8.05 to my door. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200523393834&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
  23. I'll take that Countach. Here's what was in my mailbox this morning.
