  3. Here is my 69 Camaro that has a interesting story. I sold the unbuilt kit to a friend of mine Leonard Harrod. He built it and I bought it back! I refoiled and cleaned up alot of the details but, he did the main build. It is tubbed with the rear wheel openings stretched and added RC car rear slicks. The rear end is attached with brass nuts and bolts. Trunk has splatter paint and the battery relocated to the trunk. Full engine detail Enjoy!
  4. Great job and good save! In the future you may want to drill and brass pin your door handles and mirrors before painting then you can place them in the holes with a little expoxy. I super glue the pin into the handle first and after drying cut to length. Plus if you knock them off you just glue it back in the hole. Works every time!

Finally had some time to shoot some photos Here is the write up I did 1956 Merc “The Midnight Gambler†This car is modeled after Bo Huff’s 56 Merc in “Deluxe car kulture magazine†issue #9, pages 46-51. When the Modelhaus resin 56 Mercury came out I had to build this car. Sure it took a few years to finish but, you know how that goes! Shaved hood, trunk and door handles Tamiya spray can black and white with airbrushed PPG clear urethane Front cat eyes (Detail Master) front license plate (Accu Pro) Rear license plate (decal) rear plate frame (Model Car Garage) Spot lights (my parts box) Lowered of course with the world famous “ARTER RAKE†Stock wheels and tires with Train wheat bulb working lights (two in each wheel well) Interior has hand made tuck and roll made from Evergreen half round styrene with wire piping, added fuzzy fur, photo etch rear ash trays (Model Car Garage). 3 piece gauges and foot petals (Detail Master). Resin dash knobs are from Replicas & Miniatures 51 Merc dash kit. Ignition keys (Model Car Garage) Straight pins used for turn single, shifter, and suicide knob with (“8 ball†painted on it) steering wheel and column from the parts box. CHECK OUT THE LIGHTS! enjoy!

  22. I traded MJ for it. He got it back in a trade shortened bed and it was painted so it has been passed around a bit
