  1. Well shes painted! dont see to many red ones! black hid to much of the details......... Down to the small detail stuff.............
  2. Update, I have the fenders added ( dont know if i like them or not,but they will stay on either way........ Also added inside support arms and afew angled support arms.........think i am done there also........even did a little fiquring when i did the far front ones and they seem to be solid now as well......Almost ready for paint soon..................
  3. Got alittle more done yesterday after my turkey coma! suprisingly i didnt take a nap LOL...... And here it is almost 1.am in the morning.......... Took one of my 5 lug resin cast wagon wheel and turned it into a 8 lug wheel.........that took some time but i think i did them ok......far from perfect, but atleast i have them done (all 4 of them)
  4. Yes i know its 1:30 in the am here and burning the midnight oil or the candle at both ends! I have been wanting to do this for some time and well nothing like the present! LOL. Long ways to go! Gona make this a ford dealership hauler.......dont know if they had these back then (late 70s) but thats what i am shooting for! phantom if you will.....or a they should have done it LOL Long ways to go yet but not bad for 3 hours worth of work and just wingin it! ( i tried apic and with out measuring at hand gona do my best) Or maybe weather the truck and make it a salvage hauler.......will be building it with the two stang lls .........

  6. Didnt use the bronco kit but for the rear 1/4 panels........ the cab is fromt he monogram step side 4x4 pickup,and the box is from the F350 monogram kit.... Heres a link to see the whole build http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc...rddaullypickup/
  7. Glass installed,steering wheel painted and installed,Body glued to chassis............ shes finished for now,need to find my junker built up for the needed chrome.

Shes almost done,heres afew pics......... the gate for the dump box on the back does work , the snow blade only goes up and down,i glued it at the angle, because i really didnt wanna go in depth to much more on the build...... It has a Table top resin Ford 300 Six with EFI,1981 MPC Bronco for the 4x4 set up and the trans and transfer case.....and thesnow plow i fiqured i done enough for it LOL.just trying ot keep it simple which i havent LOL............. Final touches are the extra battery (waiting on from a friend) the exhaust tip, and adding the head lite lens for the plow lights, then shes done.........

  11. Found a engine that looks to be insane LOL Got it this past weekend at a swap meet and show. Was in a bag of goodies for acouple bucks, Matt &Debbie Hayes ProStock T-bird got it tore down after i got it to fit the way i wanted it to,then repainted it and is now installed........ I havent posted much on this,but i have the firewall done and then redid it for the engine install,and thebody is also painted,water sanded it last night and reshot it with clear,awaiting its final polish...
  12. Atleast most of the hard work is done!! now the next part of fixing the old girl up! got a few issues that needs addressing see what happens in the next few months..........
  13. This car spent acouple days Over at Arter Racks garage and laid'd down a nice light wet coat of Urathane (sp) to seal it all in! By the way this is my best one to date! that i did all of the hard body work and foil etc...........really happy with the out come of this little jewel. And thanks to my friend Irvin Arter... Final pics! its gettin boxed up and sent off to its new owner... heres some final pics...........might mock it up tomorrow and grab afew more..........but gona be busy the next couple days.........
  14. Talk about gettin my hands dirty! this one is gona need alot of help,something i picked up from a swap meet over the weekend.... I do have it in primer so i can see the bad spots.........and before that i hit it with 1800 wet and sanded the heck out of it... Heres a before pic.. and another Now in primer

It was an Original Friction Promo which i took apart and made it into kit form.........it has a 1968 Galaxie chassis that goes with it......Ya i hope the guy is happy with it..................lately i havent been able to build anything for me so i decided rather then give up the hobby, i'll do a few comission builds,till i feel like building for my self.........have alot on my plate right now.............

  18. Well shes finished, my 1954 chevy pickup is done finally LOL....... The box i cut the angles off and then laid them flat as one of the options for the pickup box...... I front halve the frame with a 1970 1/2 camaro kit and also used the engine....... resin cab from Drag city casting (1954) wheels from new revell 69 Nova kit and the tires are from the parts box
  19. Any ideas what i could use for a front bumper,cant find one for a 50 chevy pickup.
