  1. Nice work on those rims, Jason. Charlie Larkin
  2. Superb. Charlie Larkin
  3. What Carl said. Charlie Larkin
  4. What a beautiful job on that, Ron! I have another '63 I was able to pick up at LIARS for a very reasonable price. I hope you bring that to the show. I can say that even if shown as a curbside, it'll be a hit. Charlie Larkin
  5. What a nice build, Ron. I like Danube Blue on those. Charlie Larkin
  6. Good to see another youngster here! Charlie Larkin
  7. 1. She does a great paint job. But, please, spend the money on a good paint mask. Those surgical ones don't quite cut it. I was able to get a 3M paint mask for about $22. It's good for about 40 hours of work if you keep it in its self-sealing zipper bag, as it's air-activated charcoal. For most of us, that'll last most of a year or two of painting, possibly more. 2. She's stunning! All the more reason to get her that mask- keep her around. 3. If any of her sisters are even close to her, I'm interested! Charlie Larkin
  8. This is coming out nicely. Hmm....426 wagon. Grocery getter for fast food, I'm guessing. Would certainly haul one big trailer, too. Charlie Larkin
  9. Everything Neil said. LIARS and NNL are FABULOUS! They're well worth the ride down- I live in Marlborough, and if you don't want to do it on your own, I'd be willing to entertain a car-pool to NY/NJ. I may also be retruning to WMass next year to do some grad work at UMASS. Classic Plastic is a great little show, too, and worth the drive to Lawrence from Springfield. In any event, we hope to see you at MassCar. If you'd like to come to a meeting, please let me know, and I'll give you directions. We meet the third Wednesday in Canton. Again, no problem car-pooling if you wish. Charlie Larkin
  10. More to the point, if a judgement is issued in your favor, and he still does nothing, it's contempt of court, which may be a jailable offense. It usually makes people think long and hard. Speaking as a trained paralegal, I would strongly encourage you to pay a lawyer for an hour of time and draw up some standard rendering-of-service contracts. What you have is a pretty good start, I think, but it should be fleshed out a little more. A paralegal service could draft up something for you to review by a lawyer, saving you quite a bit of money. You'd also be wise to have a lawyer on retainer in case of problems with workmanship, damaged property, etc. Stick to simple language with as few clauses as possible, and make sure it's understandable by anyone with a kindergarten education, and you'll probably be in good shape. 11. Well this answers the question about new AMT tools. I hope it's a full-detail kit. I'm still making up my mind as to how much I actually like the 2015 Mustang, but I'll certainly buy one of the plastic ones to encourage AMT to do more new tools. Charlie Larkin
  12. Very nice. I'd like a link too, please. Please e-Mail me directly at chlarkin8575@yahoo.com Thank you. Charlie Larkin
  13. Y'know, now that you mention it.... Charlie Larkin
  14. Gee, how'd I miss this before? Very nice work, Chris. Good to see you back at it. Charlie Larkin
  15. That's scratched? Very nice work indeed. Charlie Larkin
  16. Today, we saw the unveiling of the 2015 Chrysler 200. Nice-looking car, I thought. The assembly plant rebuild is quite something. http://new.livestream.com/chryslerlive/Chrysler2014NAIAS We also saw the 2015 Ford F-150. Impressive engineering with the all-aluminum body. I'm not so sure about the styling, but it definitely looks like a well-designed, well-thought out truck. http://www.ford.com/trucks/f150/2015/?hptid=bb-2197-f150-reveal The preceding are for your reading/viewing pleasure. 17. Hi, Mike. On behalf of Neil, Steve DeVaux and myself, please consider yourself invited to MassCar's show in Taunton on March 16. www.masscar.com Nice MSP bike. We'd love to have you bring that with you if you can make it. Charlie Larkin
  18. The only even sort-of names in Snake & Mongoose are Fred Dryer (loved him in Hunter) and Noah Wylie (has he even done anything since ER?) I might rent it for something different- I don't watch a lot of movies because I haven't the time to and I like to watch them with someone usually, but that doesn't happen, and none of my friends are into cars like I am, so... Charlie Larkin
  19. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that had that thought cross their mind . Great concept, needs lots of work. Charlie Larkin
  20. Very funny. Charlie
  21. Excellent. I can sincerely say we'll enjoy your progress. This forum has a lot of great help, and it's good to see you taking advantage of it. Charlie Larkin
  22. Try holding the camera a little further back, that might help the focus, unless you know there's something wrong with the camera. Looks great, though. Very nice job. Charlie Larkin
  23. Home of the world's cleanest mechanic. Generally, very nice start, just needs to be grimed up a little, but I like what you've done with it. Charlie Larkin
  24. Welcome, Rob. Feel free to come down for MassCar's show on March 16 in Taunton, or any meeting on the Third Wednesday at Porter-Chester Institute in Canton, Ma., right off of Rt. 24. Enter near the auto shop. Charlie Larkin
