  1. Cool to know, Steve. Getting good training!
  2. I am finally done building mine and getting it ready for the primer. A lot of the smaller parts have seams and lots of flash, you get ready to spend a bit of time cleaning them up. the kit, if the rear of the body and chassis are not warped or bent, will build into a nice model.
  3. Nice model. I love the body turner next to it. Very cool addition to a diorama.

Amazing build with lots of great details throughout. Congratulations.
  5. Nice van. I'd like to get a couple of these shorter vans.
  6. You are on an amazing roll, Brett, in 2012. Keep 'em coming.
  7. Beautiful model, Brett. Amazing for only three days. Well, it goes to show you that when you can find uninterrupted blocks of time (holiday weekends are perfect) you are quite capable of adding another wonderful vehicle to your collection.
  8. Here's some much-needed progress:
  9. Yes, it is, I have one. It comes with lots of great parts.
  10. John Lennon said it best: whatever gets you through the night, it's all right, it's all right. Art, crafts, and hobbies are wonderful healers. They DO help ou come through some very tough moments.
  11. LOL, I know a couple of people who keep their stuff in storage and when they need something they go over and get i, this way their space is always pretty empty and doesn't attract suspicion!
  12. John, the fish hooks are an inspired addition. Looking real good, buddy. Thanks for the name, Steve. Rob, I can tell you are already having lots of fun! That frame is looking super.
  13. Oh my, where would we start! LOL! There are so many wonderful builders here who do the weathered beaters and junkers. I will show you a couple of mine:
  14. We are all making great progress, and I have to tell you I am certain that this thread is going to break all sorts of records on this forum, not that I care about such things, but EYEGORE does!
  15. Blazefox, it looks wonderful. Where did you get those spikes up front? Or did you make them? Also, this build looks like it would look great in a single color, or in city camo. Also, don't take this the wrong way, but since you are new, sooner or later you are going to be asked to put your real name on your signature. Just a heads up, we don't want you getting in trouble . . .
  16. You can sit it, it doesn't sit right. You you boil up some water, and dunk the body in there a few time, straighten it and then run it quickly over cold water. That usually does the trick.
  17. Amazing craftsmanship, Erik. I can't wait to see the paint go on. Lots of wonderful details throughout. Great eye candy.
  18. Very nice, Robert. Keep 'em coming. I like the series.
  19. Crazy indeed! Wow, there's so much wonderful rusting and weathering on this vehicle, and I love the contrast the wheels make. Nice model. Yes, additional pictures in better light would be appreciated. Nice job! Keep the eye candy coming!
  20. Jamie, there's a FULL EDITOR option on your post bar. You can make the changes easy enough.
  21. Dave, welcome to the CARAVAN. That's a very cool vehicle. Have fun, that's what it is all about.
  22. There are so many cool ideas in this thread for future builds, Chuck. Thanks for sharing so many of them.
  23. Excellent choice on the vehicle, Roger. Very cool Keep it going.
