  1. I agree! Great work on both accounts!
  2. Nope, that would not fly in Florida, but I do agree that it would definitely be very cool for one of those Revell Choppers.
  3. Looks good. I've always liked this model, but have never thought of building one. It looks like you had fun building yours.
  4. Thanks, Darren. I will start the primer today, and let me see how far I get by the end of this week . . .
  5. I keep returning to this one. You have achieved the level of styrene surgeon, Ryan.
  6. Thanks, everyone. The discussion is thought-provoking. Mark, I gotta find out if they sell that brand here in the States. It looks interesting.
  7. Some beautiful builds, and I love the paint on the last one posted.
  8. Wonderful work on that frame! Beautiful. Keep it going.
  9. Wonderful progress . . . you are on a roll.
  10. These are the kinds of details that are going to pay off BIG! Great work!
  11. Wow, great progress, and I think this one is going to require lots of smoothing, so rest your hands!
  12. Thanks, well, yes, tomorrow is going to be a marathon or primer and maybe some paint. Should test some colors and effects on plastic spoons. And you know I'll post progress pics along the way. Stay tuned in. This one ain't going away again!
  13. By the way, I am already lining up some colors that I think say EGYPT when I think of them: turquoise, gold, bronze, lime green . . . etc . . . If you think of other colors, this is a great time to chime them in. THANK YOU!
  14. I bet they are, buddy, but you are getting some amazing results out of all that cutting. Can't wait to see how you work the styrene and make it smooth . . . this one is going to be a killer ride.
  15. Yeah, I remember posting this one a while back. Thanks, John, your build really got me fired up, so yeah, this one is getting done before Thanksgiving rolls around. Besides, it's a perfect Halloween build . . . It's off to get primered tomorrow . . . and then the painting and detailing begins . . . Derrick, I think you might be right about the stoggies, maybe it's the tobacco that's making me a bit loopy.
  16. I am loving every frame of this thread! Pure STYRENE ADDICTION!
  17. Dave, I really love that little hot rod. Nice work.
  18. These are my favorites. Boy, any of them would make a great APRIL FOOLS issue! Yes sir!
  19. LOL! And without my safety goggles!
  20. Nice, but to me it looks blue. Cool, thanks, Javier.
  21. All this cutting must have zapped you into a nap! LOL!
  22. You got it riding very low. Love it, nice job! I like the color, what is it?
  23. EYEGORE tells me to think of EGYPT (or) listen to THE BANGLES' song: "Walk Like an Egyptian"! This one has all the details on board already . . . next up is primer, then paint, then assembly . . . THEN THE MADHOUSE!
  24. I think CLEOPATRA would have loved to drive around in this one. I think: On the rolling chassis . . .
