My Grandmother never learned to drive. A local Farmer bought a car for one of my Uncles to drive to get the kids in the neighborhood to the farm for work. Up until my grandfather could afford a 2nd car they had that car there for several years. I remember in the 70's many family's still only had one car.

150 in the 1/8 . Nice. Yes I am a Ford guy but you you can not ignore the cost of the AfterMarket Improved SBC parts to go this fast. Besides the best looking car made in 67 was this fastback, even Chevy guys no this.

Mark I was looking at the Orange 4 door 32 Ford at the Detroit Autoama , man that car is very nice. No B Pillar . When the doors are open up it is something . Funny most of the Magazine picture mention this but do not show a good photo of it with the doors opened up.Just remember these are the same people that put a picture across the center of a Magazine, the biggest no no in layout design.

The kids in there 20's and 30's call them a more door now. They love them because they are cheap and they still get to play . Most of these kids only were around the sports cars that had two doors. If you think about what has been an option for 2 door cars in the last 20 years. Mostly econo cars and sport type cars. Even most trucks have more than 2 doors now.

I would think that you need a Revell 48 ford kit.

This car still looks in person. I was checking it out at the NNL.

Just being able to vent on here helps you out. You will never know how many people have been in your shoes until you start to talk about it.

Off to a good start. It is a little rough here and there but you finished, that is a big step itself. On to the next one .
