  1. I don’t think I have posted this one here yet? I built this Superbird like the one that was restored on the show Graveyard Carz and belongs to Mike Hill. I used Scale Finishes Alpine White.
  2. Tamiya metallic green
  3. I haven't posted anything on here in some time. So here are three that I finished this year.
  4. I've been wanting to get a Grex Airbrush for a while now and I finally pulled the trigger and picked up the Tritium Airbrush Combo Kit!!! I can't wait to start using it and am sure it will become the only AB I will be using!!!! I love the way it feels in my hand!!!!
  5. Your 100% right, you do have a "Right to a Opinion".................................. Even if it is WRONG 100%
  6. Just to give you all an idea how big this place is............
  7. Wow! Excellent build and color combination!!! And the photo are very nice!!!
  8. The wheels are from a General Lee kit, just not sure if they are from the old MPC or later AMT kit. And nice job on both builds Jonathan!!! Out of all of the General Lee stuff I've built I haven't done a Dodge Charger yet! LOL Might have to do one some time as I have lots of decals & wheels to build a lot of them!!!
  9. It's the MPC kit and it's 1/25th Scale and the brass is AlClad polished Brass sprayed over Testers Gloss Black
  10. It's all done and was a blast to build!!!
  11. Progress as of today been moving a little slow on it..
  12. Harry Look at my avatar it has my last name and is my family crest...........
  13. Will someone pass me the Popcorn and a diet Coke!!!
  14. Little update on the Stutz, not a lot done but she is getting closer to be done!! LOL Got some red paint laid down..... I was able to get some black paint on it today. Some of the stuff I need to do in brass..
  15. Yesterday I was able to get the rest of the chassis & wheels painted. Still need to detail the wheels.
  16. About a week ago I got two sets of decals to do a 1978 Dodge Midnite Express Truck to go with my [font color=f4150f]Lil Red Express Truck And yesterday I got a set of decals in for a Davey Allison NASCAR that I'm building for a buddy of mine and I picked some Alclad Polished Brass and some red paint.......
  17. I got some of the motor painted and have cleaned up some parts getting them ready for paint, hopefully tomorrow I can get some more done on it. I thought doing the red & black was going to make for an easy paint job and after spending some time looking at the photo I see I will have to do a lot of masking and painting on the fenders and some of it looks like it's not going to be fun!! In the photo below I have to paint them red, black and some spots to look like wood...... I might use the stand to display Stutz?
  18. Thanks for the replies guys and for the link to the one Harry built. I knew MPC had the color wrong for the motor. They say it should be red with gold cylinder heads? I think I have the ride height problem fixed or at least a lot better then it was...
  19. Yes you all read that right!!! I'm going to build my vintage MPC 1914 Stutz Bearcat model!! I thought I'd build something different and for myself and so I pulled this kit out and cut the bag open to release that vintage smell! I've been looking online for good photos to work with on how I'm going to build it? This one looks pretty good to do? Or this one that was in Green Acres, 1965-1971 Or maybe get crazy and do this one!!!!!!! LOL Or I can also just do it in Orange or even in PINK I heard that someone on this board did a General Lee in pink but hasn't posted any photos of it? Looks like I'll stripping a lot of chrome and redoing it in brass!!! Anyone have any idea what would be the best to use for doing the brass?
