Finished this Friday, so moved to Under Glass..Thanks to everyone who commented..

This is with the clear pink and then cleared over entire body. Again it is hard to tell I used the clear pink on the letters.

I finished the paint on this. I will have to wait to sand and buff it. Also finished the chassis, I modified the ride height so I could get the stance I wanted. Also I always put the kids name on the license plate, but my daughter wanted something different for Remi so I put her name in the stripe using dry transfer decals. I also decanted some of the pink and mixed with some clear so I could shoot some clear pink over her name, but It is hard to tell in the pictures. This is before I used the clear pink.

Also finished the interior. Painted white with pink inserts and purple piping. Just used a sharpe for the piping. Also used purple flocking for carpet. Will have to do some touch up later.

Got some color on this, pink will be the stripes and the rest is purple.

I have another grand daughter on the way, so that means another model to build. Her name is Remi and this will be her Camaro. Her room is pink and purple so I will paint this in the same colors. Starting with AMT's snap tite Camaro, got all the parts primed and ready to go.

I know I take a lot if time to finish a build , sometimes it takes years. But Just to let you know Skip I was not offended by the comments you made. I think some of us just took what you posted out of context. We need to move on and build something., life is too short.

The hood closed perfectly during the build process, but when I painted the model the hood would not close all the way. So my guess would be I forgot to leave enough space on the hood gaps so once it was painted the hood rubs on the fender somewhere.
