I believe that it is an import color, but there was no sticker or part number on it. They seemed to be the best wheel choice I had in the parts box. Just putting newly learned methods into play, that I've learned from the great guys here. and thank you Felix Nick

Well my Z/28's Done. Posted Under Glass. Nick -
Thanks Mike, I agree, I think it is my best yet. Took me about 4 hours to deceide on that color, and I have yet to be disapointed in my choice. Had to strip it once, my own fault though, but since then, all is good. I have about 3 diffrent engine stands I use when I'm working on my engines, I think I need a few more I never seem to build just 3 at a time. Soon this little Hugger will be Under Glass aswell. Nick

Chevy Nova Expert Question
Nick Winter replied to TheCat's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I'm no expert by any means, but I believe that there were diffrent color and engine availability, and that from '68-'70 they had fender vents, that's about all that I know. Nick -

Matt, funny enough today I was looking for something else and found a CB that's pretty close to that Cobra 29. Yours if you want it. Nick
-
Hey Matt if you need a CB I can find you a nice one in my CB stash (yes I do have a stash of Scale CB Radio and antenna's) Nick

That's a ERTL 1/18th scale diecast, I happen to have 2 of those. http://www.comparestoreprices.co.uk/images/jo/joyride-entertainment-joyride--118-scale-1969-dukes-of-hazzard-general-lee-dodge-charger.jpg Nick

That Chevelle is cool Matt, just needs a few dents and dings and you got yourself a car. Nick

how many times till you got it good ?
Nick Winter replied to graintruck's topic in Tips, Tricks, and Tutorials
Both where done with Duplicolor Spray, straight from the can, Another thing I forgot to mention, is always use a primer coat, I almost always do, because most paints will craze, or etch the plastic and in some extreme cases melt it. For the little dots, you can wet sand them out, most of the time.
