  1. Yeah there like the Chevy Sport, everyone knows the 454SS but the Chevy sport was almost the same but you had a few more choices (3 colors, red, white and black) and well 4WD.
  2. Hey Matt, I'll be building a '76 GMC Sierra Grande C35 with a Holmes 480 Mechanical. With any luck and electrical skill the lights will work (and Yes the light bar too)

  8. Took lots of rememebering but the AMT 1958 Impala 3in1, still have it complete, but that was built with my dads help, my first solo build was Revells '99 Silverado, boy was I over my head.

Thats what I use, both there white and clear inkjet, have had very good results using it and Microscale Liquid Decal Film, print them let the ink dry, then coat them with the Microscale and let dry and it's worked pretty well for me. I buy the Ink jet Clear and white paper, you can also get Laser Clear and white though.

I too am joining this club of non finishers, I've slowed down quite a bit but now it seems to much, I never can get anything done because there's always something I'm unhappy with; Rocky Rockfords '75 GMC Sierra Grande K1500 shortbed-needs engine, and all of the suspension scrounged/scratchbuilt, needs paint finished and BMFed, needs it's accessories '05 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Crew cab wrecker-Needs bed fully scratchbuilt, needs frame modified and parts added/built, needs a set of wheels, needs interior built/ kitbashed/ scratchbuilt, needs body worked, painted, detailed, decaled '80 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am Special Edition, From Smokey and the Bandit II- needs decals designed, printed and applied, needs cleared, needs interior painted, detailed and ssembled, needs engine detailed, needs chassis/suspension painted, built detailed 1/25th of my grandfathers 1984 Chevrolet S10 Tahoe Ext cab- long bed- needs decals printed and applied, needs body assembled, needs resin grille, needs cap scratchbuilt, needs all lights scratchbuilt. Needs interior scratchbuilt/modified, needs suspension built, needs the wheels located/made/modified/scratchbuilt. Desperado-1/16th scale '80 Turbo Trans Am- needs engine finished and assembled/detailed, needs bodyworked, primmed, painted, detailed, BMFed, needs Seat belts added and interior parts finished, needs lights run and wired.
  13. I think you'll enjoy that kit Jeff, I'll update the participants list. All mine have matching frames, not sure who did it because i bought all 4 at a yard sale for $1

  15. Primed it,and detailed the wheels, changed my mind on tires went for some Polyglas', lots of work to go.

  18. Thanks Kevin. Well guys as we speak the front suspension is drying, after the glue dries, I'll test fit it to the body for the zillioneth time and take a pic of the ride height and such. Nick
  19. Right now no ones makes any decals for these cars, but I'm trying to get Keith Marks to do a '80 Turbo SE set. only decals there are are: 1/16th scale: 10th Anniversary, Turbo SE 1/25th scale: 10th Anni, Pacecar, and a few others that are a bit harder to get.
