  1. Thanks guys! @Harry P., El Destructo Inc., the broom is for clean the car... You'll see later when I have more progress about it. @Marc @ MPC Motorsports, the turbos diameter is around 0,3 inch, so it is in scale. Thanks for looking!
  2. After consulting my brother I decide to build a guitar, that will go inside the car. Yes, it is paper... Also a broom... It is not done yet. Need a red string. I couldn't find rims for it in that size, so I toke the center part out from a smaller rim, and put on a Willys-Jeep rims that fit perfect in those tires. Probably it is not correct, like the one used on the original car, but I think looks good... Now it is a T-Bee, where T stand for Turbocharged... Why Turbo??? Because the first car I drove had a turbo engine... So much fun with it!!! :D This is not a great pics for see the body, but I painted it in gold. After I start to work on the engine, and it toke a lot... Before I converted the carburetors engine to fuel injected, after I played with the turbos and all the tubing and stuff the turbos needed... Made fit the V8 with the turbocharged system was kind of stressful, because there aren't space on the side of the engine without cut the fenders. I find out thet relocating the radiator, was helpful for have space for all... I hope soon have more info about it!
  3. Some weeks ago, I started another car... The kit looks good, for what I can understand. And this time it will have a engine, non Hamster any more!!!! Now this kit it is in a stand by, because I'm playing with the Dune Buggy... This the box art... The first work was about the steering wheels. I tried to drill the hole on it for make it looks more "real", but it was too difficult, and take so long, so I decided to rebuild it. And here the steering wheels finished. Looks not to bad, will see it, when it is paint. Next step the chassis... Build out of the box without any problem, the only thing I changed it is about the front wheels support, now they are able to turn, and also I lowered the front and the rear, I think should fit good so... After I covered it with flat black...
  4. Thank you guys! The engine is a V6 Dauntless, you can build it in two option, stock or with a 4-BBL and custom headers (the combination I will use on it). Soon I'll post the pics of the engine, I'm gonna to paint it in metalic green, like the original one.
  5. Some days ago I start to play with this old MPC, probably from the 60's... It is very nice, nice plastic, you can build it in 3 way, I will choose to build it like the box art. And hopeful still using the original decals, but I'm thinking to paint the stripe. The box... Love those old kit... With the news paper instructions size... I think also to build it straight out of the box. But I prefer to paint the stripes, instead to use the decals. Chassis and wheels done... The brand on the wheels are painted. The body almost ready, need a flat black under and upper it.
