  1. Great work Curt! I've got the same kit languishing in the "to be built" pile. Just finished the Tamiya '98 season McLaren. Looks like we are in the same neck of the woods. I'll email you next time I build another F-1 model. Mathias Monterey, CA
  2. Hi JT, Ordered one from the Modelhaus, so I should be okay. We'll see when it gets here. I do need help with obtaining the hood scoop & that funky outside rear-view mirror, looks like it's off of a British car. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mathias
  3. Hi JT, Actually I just ordered one from the Modelhaus. Going to see how it looks, & if it doesn't work will try a similar photo-etch grille I found. But thanks anyway, will keep it in mind just in case. Mathias
  4. Hi Jairus, One more quick question. The wheels look like they might me from a Trans Am era Mach 1, would that be a close guess? Mathias
  5. Thanks Jairus! That gives me some more useful info. Once I get hold of a kit it should be very doable/ Will have to figure out something for the grill, if anything is possible. Looking forward to the challenge!
  6. Okay Everyone, I am in for this group build. First time I've done something like this so be gentle. Here is my luck-of-the-draw selection: a "Falconero" Anybody happen to have the old AMT Ranchero kit floating around? Mathias Monterey, California
  7. Hi Dave, Got the artwork & the letter. So, it looks like it is a Ranchero with a Falcon grille assembly, or is there more to it than that? Any info you or Jairus can give me would be great. Now, off to find the AMT 62/63 Ford Ranchero kit for starters... Mathias
  8. Never done this kind of thing before, but would like to give it a go if it's not too late. Mathias Conrad Monterey, California SpikeSchumacher@yahoo.com
