That is a beauty! ?? -
Thanks everyone!?

Built a few years ago but never posted. Color is Testors Extreme Laquer Aztec Gold/Clear, wheels are Pegasus items, engine is from Clearly Scale. Removed the hood scoop and installed a piece of clear acetate as a nod to "Hemi under glass"... Cheers

Thanks everyone! ? Cheers -
Built this a few years ago but never got around to posting it. Excellent Tamiya kit with the equally excellent Indycals set (thanks Michael!). Believe it or not, the paint is done completely with Tamiya rattle cans, and not even polished! Cheers

Yes, I was debating about staining the edges of the base. I have ordered some Black 2.0 to finish it off with.

Sorry, forgot how the quote/reply function worked... Thanks! Waiting for some Sculpy Clay to arrive to make a rattlesnake chasing the chicken running down to creek bed at the rear. May throw in a Gila monster somewhere as well ?

Hello Everyone, This is something I threw together for an old build of mine. All of the cactus (cacti?) are from a company called Epic Basing and are 3d printed. Everything else is a combination of various scenery materials. The adobe and the base are made out of 1" pink insulation foam. Cheers, Mathias

Forgot to mention that the photography is courtesy of my brother, Misha.

Hi All, My first post in a very long time. This is my build of the Tamiya VW Beetle, with the excellent Texas 3D Customs wide body kit (designed by BlackBoxSTL). Done as a curbside. Scratch built a partial roll cage, for all that you can see of it. Added Porsche seats, headlights, and outside mirrors. Paint is Testors Color Shift Emerald Turquoise with Tamiya TS-13 clear, Tamiya TS-40 Metallic Black, and Testors Extreme Lacquer Bronze. Wheels/tires are from Aoshima, as are the decals on the windows. Disc brakes came with the wide body kit. Exhaust tips are 1/8" aluminum tubing painted Tamiya TS-40. Very well designed, and printed, conversion kit. Thank for looking, Mathias
