  1. Hi Tony, Thanks! The two tone gray is actually from the Aztek decals that I purchased separately. Very labor intensive, but worth it in the end. I forget the exact base color I used, Tamiya Silver Leaf (?), over a black base. Cheers
  2. Hi Bart, Yes, it is the 1/1000 scale version, I should have mentioned that in my post ? The lighting was extremely easy to do. Cheers
  3. Built this a couple of years ago. A genuinely great kit and easy build. I think the Aztec decals required more work than the plug-and-play lighting kit ? Cheers
  4. Beautifully done!
  5. Me too! Perhaps with a Tesla motor? ?
  6. Those are really cool! I wish it would be possible to obtain a modern Holden Ute here. Although they are GM products, the design is very unique.
  7. A few of mine... ? Cheers
  8. Nicely done David! Back in the 70's those custom vans were all the rage here in California. Cheers
  9. Duh! Helps to re-read my own post... Tom the wheels are Aoshima "aftermarket" 20" BBS, link below: https://www.amazon.com/Aoshima-Tuned-No-25-Plastic-Model/dp/B01MZYHXQX/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1KSPAYCN10JDV&keywords=aoshima+wheels&qid=1663281812&sprefix=aoshima%2Caps%2C157&sr=8-2 Cheers
  10. Thanks Tom! IIRC, they are Fujimi "aftermarket" wheels, 18" BBS-style. They are nicely done with separate centers, sleeves, and multiple colors of decals to accent them with. I just checked on Amazon where I got them originally and this style is no longer listed... Cheers
  11. Too cool! ?
  12. Thanks everyone! Might get this one finished by the end of the year. Couple of other things on the bench currently ? Cheers, Mathias
  13. Thanks! IIRC it was Tamiya XF28 (Dark Copper). Cheers
  14. This is the Pegasus Hobbies vinyl Spinosaurus kit I completed last year. Added some additional foliage, rocks, water effect, etc. to the base. Used a combination of brush painting, airbrush, oil washes. The drool is monofilament coated with Micro Krystal Klear. Fun build. Cheers
  15. Here's one I have "waiting in the wings"... ?
  16. This one has been sitting untouched for far too long... ?
  17. What a classic! Nicely done.
