While takeing a brak this afternoon from clearing my work area I was flipping through the channels on the tv and stoped at the Science Channel to whatch how it is made one very interesting epicode was how a truck was built so I sat and watched was nice Petes and KWs rolling off the assembly line

if you have the kit there is onein the KW wrecker kit Imay have one not sure as Ihave to many on the bench right now but will get back to you

Which engine will correct the Can Do tow truck and any thing else to correct it

When the Can Do kit came out before I built it I talked to the owner of it it was accurate and they had one built and in thier office I bought 3 when they first came out . if I can find the plans one of the model Mags put out for scratch building the Holmes 750 twin boom I will be glad to make copys

I owned a hearse back in 1966 and late 67 was a 1948

therhe wasnt any kits made of one but one of the model mags had an artical on them useing the AMT Pete cabover kit The cabs was close in resembalance to each other

was ther ever a kit of these two cars made ,,,1957 Ford Fairlane 500 and a 1950 Ford Coupe I would like to get either one of these kits or possably both

I listen to the Ventures ,, Doors ,, Animals ,, Stones Dwane Eddy ,, Sandy Nelson ,, Zagger an Evens ,, Buffalo Springfield ,,Jimmy Hendrix,,Moody Blues,, Queen ,, Booker T and the Mgsand finaly Kenny Rodgers and the First Edition before he went country

Did the Bullett Mustang have disk brakes or was it all drum brakes

the artical was in the July/August issue of Model cars I looked in fotoki and it wasnt there but here is the way I did it.first off you will need two kits. if you are staying with the 48 footer all you will need is the sides and fronts and rears doors to both kits.now start with the bottoms and count up 12 ribs and make the cuts , then set the top halfs away from the bottom side then take the other set of sides and count down 12 ribs and make your cuts the set the bottoms away and glue both 12 rib sides togetherand reinforce the sides with a wide strip od plastic stok after the glue drys then glue on the roof and floor of the trailer makeing sure all is square then modify the frontsand rear doors to fir

it takes two kits to correct this trailer and right now working ona 40 footer and 53 footr so it will be 4 kits to make correct trailers I have the instructions on building them right

Are you useing the old Dark gray Plastruct strucural shapes if so I could never usue epoxy on it either had to use thier glue when Plastruct first came out it was an ABS PLASTIC

I use a coarse sanding stick from a beauty supply store the black one

Iam familier with the Challenger units and Holms and other tow units out there but wondering who builds the units Italeri puts out in thier kits the lift rams to me look very unrealistic and do these units exists Iam planing on building two one on a Ford and the other on a Scania Any info on these would be greatful
