Actually now that you mention it I think I do remember hearing that Richard did drag race for a very short bit. -

It might be a tribute to Richard Petty since his number was 43 and he did drive a Plymouth for so many years. -
Nice color and sweet project. What kind of car was that you had?

What does "r/t" mean
Patrick2005 replied to hellonwheelz3's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I'm sorry but a truck with a sissy-step and a grab handle to get in the bed has no right to be called a "Super Duty" -

I get all the others like SS, RS, GS, GT, GS, etc but the ones like LS, LT, EX those ones confuse me, they don't mean anything other then to distinguish one body from another. -
I was looking at a Paasche VSR90 any feedback on this one?

I was checking out some of the above models and was curious, whats the best feed type? I saw siphon and gravity feed. I have no knowledge when it comes to these. I'm mostly looking for a good detail setup to do pinstripes and accents and such if that helps narrow it down any.

Nobody replied to mine being posted and yeah I'll admit at first I was a little sad but then I realized it's not a big deal. Compared to most of the works of art seen on here mine look like glue bombs! lol

Incompetence Kills

A local hospital did the same thing to my father, about a week before our family vacation to New York City he began having a constant stomach ache. Being a man who doesn't like to complain much he just took some Pepto and dealt with it. This when on for the better part of a week until mom talked him into going to the hospital to see if something was causing this. He went to the ER and after several hours waiting and several more in the room, they came to the conclusion that.............they had no idea. So they sent him home and that was that, still hurting and all. Well we all left to start our vacation and as we were heading up he began to complain that the pain was getting worse and his leg was hurting. Again he dealt with it until we arrived in the city. After less than 1 hour actually at our destination he said enough's enough and went to the hospital up there. After waiting a very short time they rushed him in and quickly found he had a massive infection. It was attacking his kidneys and started to wrap around the tendons in his leg. They only let him out to go home if he agreed to sign a waiver saying he'd go back to the hospital in PA ASAP. Long story short (too late right?) my father almost died because of those "professionals". I know not all doctors are bad, I have a lot of respect for them but stuff like that just really irritates me. -
This is an awesome storyline to go along with an awesome build!

I am working on the 99 F150 Lightning and the bed didn't come out right, its all blatchy and nasty. So I soaked in in the purple stuff for about 3 days and it did very little, the paint didn't want to come off. I had previously used the same liquid to remove paint on a couple other cars, is that my problem?

I took the expert advice offered here and got some spot putty and must say it worked flawlessly! Also used the tails, glued them in placed and then covered them, it came out very nice if I do say so. Thank you all for your help!

What do you drive?

Here was my pride and joy, 2003 Chevy Cavalier LS Sport coupe. Only had 30-some thousand miles on it when it met its demise. Had over 6 grand wrapped up into various upgrades and the only work I didn't do myself was install and paint the body kit and replace the engine when an after market steel-braided line burst for my oil pressure gauge. -

I'm attempting to fill in the tail lights on my S10 model and was wondering what the best type of bondo is for the job? I have some with small fibers in it but it broke out like it didn't stick.
