    That is one nice looking spyder! And you did that paint job with nail polish? How much did it take to paint the car?

    Mark, Here is a closer pic of the motor. The "dipstick" is just telephone wire, along with the brake lines. I just took the insulation of the wire and painted it yellow, drilled a #73 hole in the motor and super glued it in place where it is on the real motor. Hope this helps you.

    ) I guess I forgot they have a fill plug.. oops... the yellow one you see is the oil dipstick.... I cut the tranny one out

    Just a small update. I have the body and interior set on the chassis. all BMF is done, brake lines are attached, battery lines are installed along with oil dipstick. Thats all for now,till next weekend

    Bruno, If you go back to page 5 or 6 of this thread you will see that I had the white stripe on it. I deleted it because this kit was from 1984, and the decal was in poor shape.If by chance you have a white bumble stripe, I would love to add it on.
