  1. Here is my '69 Super bee all finished. The build up of this car is in the community muscle car build.
  2. Finally finished with my '69 Super Bee! Here is what I did to it, color is Dupli-color Electric currant red. I added flocking, floor mats, seat belts, and real wood to the dash. Engine got a oil dipstick, brake lines, heater hoses, and battery cables. I am glad to be done with this 1984 kit, the decals were in poor shape and the parts all need to be sanded and heated back to shape. I think my next Super Bee is going to be the reissue of this kit. Thanks for all the great comments along the way of this build, it was fun.
  3. I love the color! Is that the 79' or 80' TA? I have a 80' turbo TA 1/8 scale still waiting to be refinished.
  4. wow! Really nice work, I like the color too.
  5. Nice site, I am now a member I do have 1 question though, I am working on a 1969 Super Bee, Does this go in the factory fresh forum, or the hot rod forum?
  6. Good start on the interior Mike. For the body color I would go with a charcoal color, just my two cents.
  7. I'm gonna have to go with the majority here, and say real. Outstanding craftsmanship!
  8. Very nice build Ron. Don't see too many of these around anymore.
  9. Gary, Don't waste your money on DOT 3. If you spray your cars with enamels or acrylics just use Castrol Super Clean, it's only like $7.00 per gallon. I use DOT 3 for stripping lacquer paints of models.
  10. Wayne, Looking really good so far, I like the white and red combo. For your ram air my thought would be to use a straw and wrap the straw with johnson and johnson medical tape and paint it black. Go with the K & N combo. Just my two cents.
  11. That looks really cool! Great work with the BMF.
  12. Pretty cool idea! I like it. How did you like the new Revell Mustang kit, any problems?
  13. Love the dark rims, and silver paint.
  14. Man that is a clean car! Outstanding job!
  15. That is Very good work you thought up! Really nice detailed scratch building!
  16. Looking really good Nick, that interior looks like it took some time to make.
  17. Looking really good Jody! I like the flame job!
  18. Some really good ideas on this thread with the use of medical tape. Does anyone have some pics of the head liner after they have used the tape and painted it?
  19. Well it looks like you figured out the pic thing. Way to go. There is still plenty of time to get this one done, keep us posted.
  20. Really nice work! I like the paint color and the chassis. I'm not a mustang fan, but I must admit after seeing so many new mustangs on here I may have to build one. Keep up the great work.
