Thanks,Charlie-I hope so,LOL! Update,thanks to good friend VW Dave here,this is no longer a "can't build it" project with a bad body,but only potsponed,he did indeed have a spare body,inside a complete kit,and we've worked out a trade Thanks Dave!

Here's an updated pic on my 1:1 Dime,new grille inserts (not seen are the new Belltech shocks)... HOPEFULLY,I can finally get going on a 1st gen S10 model project this week...still LOTS to do if dry weather comes though,LOL! Loving the scale Blazers! And nice 1:1's too,keep em coming!

I finally got it out yesterday and primed the body,and was looking at it late lastnight (was planning to mask it for spray)...the body's severely warped...I dunno if I'll be able to sraighten it enough to build

I haven't gotten started on it just yet (so no thread) for 2 reasons,1) I need to get going hard on a b-day present build for my daughter (b-day is the 25th...),and 2) I seem to have caught my wife's bad case of the flu,so no gumption,LOL! I'll be getting on it in the next couple weeks though (I'll send you a PM here with link when I do).

I'll be starting an Square Dime project soon (in it's own thread). We just started our 2nd semi-annual CBP over on my board,with one class as a "Simple CBP",where nothing that did NOT come in the box,other than putty,paint and glue,is allowed,I'm building the Revell '93 Dime 3 n 1 for that,the other class is completely open to anything your imagination can conjure in 1:24/1:25 scale,so long as it's a truck...if I can muster having 3-4 ongoing projects,I'm jumping on that one too with a 2nd gen extended cab conversion or a '95 Blazer Anybody else have anythign S10 model-project related going on?

Since my daughter wants an "Apple Green" VW New Beetle for her first car,but she's only 14 this year (2-25) and I have a NIB Tamiya New Beetle kit,I'm building it for her as a surprise gift. Looks like a fairly simple build,so I'll concentrate on detailing it for her,dropping the stance,custom paint,nice wheels,and maybe even one of those fart can mufflers,LOL! Here's the beginnings... I'd been in a major building slump for a while and needed to finish one,and this one had sat at around 85% done for a while,so I finished it up this week. My first Tamiya kit (certainly won't be my last!),and first done in 2011. Box stock,didn't even paint it-just pollished the "molded in color,LOL! Thanks for looking

Among many others,I'd like to see AMT redo their 2nd generation Chevy S10 (and Blazer) kits as '98-03 models,and with extended cabs. Maybe see Revell update it's great late Mustang kits as a new 5.0L powered GT. If I sat and thought,I could come up with a couple-a-several dozens,hahaha!
