  1. I do agree that the top should be on the rear and bottom in the front. But I'd go with the bottom ones.
  2. Thanks Mike! What kind of dirt track racing tires were they do you know? Sounds interesting. At the moment I'm looking for some nice '60's drag slicks and some good Hoosier decals.
  3. I'd like to know any good websites that sell detailed tires, any kind really. I tried The Model Car Garage already but they don't even have tires it looks like. Also any sites for good paints or decals, for tires or anything.
  4. Thats the thing I love about weathering a model. If it screws up a little, you can always make it look like you did it on purpose. Heck, it might even look better than your original idea! To junkers!
  5. This is going so well! It's already got so much detail into it! Keep it goin
  6. Awesome! Really like those headers =D
  7. Oh I know it..My grandma told me how she and her friends vowed one night while driving and old Impala that they'd never ever ever pay over a dollar for a gallon of gas.
  8. Thanks =D Just finished and I'll get some pics up tomorrow or monday. My dad loves it!
  9. THanks very much, and you too!

  12. Hey thats pretty good! I actually like the red tint, goes with the theme
  13. Amazing scratch building! Someday I hope to be set up like this with a lathe and everything, I wanna to know how to do this stuff!
  14. Alright! Some nice rims there, they've got a muscley feel while still very sporty!
  15. Those are little marble tracks, the holes are for the marble to drop into another track I'll be filling those in with some wire mesh to represent air vent in a shop. All three of those tracks are supposed to be the back of a shed, but just part of it.
  16. Small update, almost complete! Got this idea for making dead leaves on the 'ground' with paper. I know you may say, 'Fairly good weather for winter!' but I decided just to make the tree I painted a dead one, not a tree in the Fall season. There'll be more 'leaves' and I'll get a bit of moss from outside to add to it. Gettin' there
  17. Almost done =)
  18. Wow $1.09 for a whole model car? When was it like that?
  19. Okay, updates. Wasn't much of one yesterday so I didn't post, but here's one. Got some makeshift grass down, probably going to get some moss from the yard to add soon. Came from a shoe box This'll be the roof of the shed, gotta weather it still. I'm not to sure about this piece though, might get something different. Any ideas? The mom helped me out with painting the sky, soon I'll get a tree up. Modeling the roof
  20. It looks GREAT! Love the idea..
  21. Absolutely amazing! Where did you get those awesome wheels?
  22. Okay. Was just wondering sorry if it seemed a dumb question.
  23. Huh. What about putting them back together?
  24. Wow this is cool! When I was really young, I always wondered how do you take them apart?
  25. It was more of a Dodge but it had the old Chrysler logo all over it
