Hello.......Chris,Curt,Tim, Wayne........thanks guys for the kind comments......I really do appreciate them........I made some frame braces and made the front end and got it mocked-up........I opened up the hatch and made a rear spoiler ......I also made some inner braces for the body and made a body latch.........and I also made some fire bottles......thanks for looking

Hi Craig.......It`s not perfect but,heres what I do........I assemble the kit frame .....then I cut off the end piece "Front".......then I try and make sure each of the 4 post of the frame are even by cuting them all the same length and sanding the ends evenly......then I drill 4 holes at the end of each post #73 drill bit......then I glue 4 sraight pins about 1/2 inch long into each hole with Super Glue with the red cap.....that you can buy at the 99 cent store 2 bottles per pack......great glue for gluing styrene ........then I use the same width styrene tubing but,It needs to be hollow so that the straight pin with go through the hole with ease......Super Glue all for new styrene post all the same size that you need for the length you need.......jusy try and keep them straight ......after drying you can bend a little if needed.....then glue the end piece back on......with straight pins as well.......it will be strong and sturdy......hope that made sense .....thanks

Hello......thanks guys for the kind comments......I really do appreciate them......I assembled the Revell kit frame and I will be doing some major modifications to it......I added over an inch to the frame and I will be changing the rear of the frame too........ I will be making a new front end system......I also made a new fuel tank......and I cleaned up the body a little bit.......and all the chrome will be striped and painted Alclad.....thanks for looking

Hello......Out with the Old ......In with the New......this is on the workbench : a Tom "Mongoose" Mc Ewen Silver Bullet Coors 1/16 Corvette F/C.......and My "Little Brother" AKA Chris Sobak comes thru again......he sold me his 1/16 Corvette Resin Body from 'Flashpoint" Resins ......I tried to look for one but,they are no longer availabale .......couldn`t find one anywhere .........So my "Little Brother" hooked me up with the body and Slixx Decals......thanks Chris so much ......you are one heck of guy.......I am using a M/T Grand Am F/C as a donor......since I have aother one to build.......I will start this build after Art Laski`s L.A. Roadster Show this Fathers Day Weekend in Pomona......see you there.....thanks for looking

Hello........Hi Guys.....thank you so much for the kind comments......I really do appreciate them.......My "Little Brother" AKA Chris Sobak talked me into using some RB Motion A and N Fittings and Rod Ends......I loved them..... thanks Chris it really made a difference.......I used "Pro Tech" braided line and nut and bolt ends and T` Fitting.......I also made a seat and painted it with Burbank House of Hobbies "Game Air" ready mix airbrush paint.......and I used some 99 cent store wire for the piping around the seat.......I made some air cleaners and painted them Alclad.......thank you to: GWS Decals for the Custom decals.......and a very Special THANK YOU to a couple of great friends that also helped me with a few things on this build.....you know who you are guys......it`s great to have friends that are willing to give and give and help you along the way.......this build is pretty much done .....I will post finished "Outside" pictures when I get back from Art Laski`s 2nd Anual L.A. Roadster Show this Fathers Day weekend in Pomona Building #4..........see you there

Hello......thank you all so very much for the kind comments.......I really do appreciate them......I heavily modified a parts box front end to replicate the 1:1 bike......and painted it Alclad and added "Pro Tech" and "Meng" nut and bolt ends and lightly weathered .......I also made the handle bars and painted them Tamiya Gold Leaf and added a Top Studio toggle switch and attached the clutch cable........I also attached the front wheel......thanks for looking

Hi Dave.......thank you so much for your kind comment......I really take to heart your compliment ......you are one of my favorite builders and the knowledge you know about engines and specs and how you can machine all your work .......just blows me away......I could never be a machinest.....I just work with plastic......and I try to make something look like something......if that makes sense?........I do the best I can with what I got......and I`m very happy with what I pull off......but,again I thank you for the fine compliment ......your a great friend Dave
