  6. Hi Lucas....At this point anything would work. I'm wanting to build a older truck for a scrap yard style hauler project. What do you need for it? The auto transporter trailer is also for a diorama of new 1970 cars as the load if I can find one that someone has they would be willing to deal on. Thanks! Mark
  7. Hi.... I'm looking for some parts and a kit. Revell auto transporter trailer kit. AMT Peterbuilt cabover- windshield-bare frame. AMT Freightlinner cabover-bare frame-glass-mirrors. Ertl IH 4070A cabover-cab-glass-bumper-grille. Heavy duty tires little wider than normal ones. KW 123 cabover-visor-mirrors. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have some mixed parts or ? Thanks!

  9. Hi a lot of old glass that has been painted can be cleaned off using super clean degreaser. I use mine straight strength get a tub and soak the part in the cleaner for awhile. when it starts to loosen up take a tooth brush and clean the part(do not allow the cleaner to dry on the part)and rinse it under warm water after cleaning. this will take the paint off, after cleaning you can polish the old glass with (kit scratch-out)automotive polish for real cars...It works very good just remember the plastic glass may be fragile so you dont break it. I have done this many times with great results....I am trying to restore my dads old models and it has worked on them as well.

  15. I was up( couldn't sleep ) Felt like a strong vibration here in west central IL. Had a few things I'm going to need to repair that decided to move some. Had some in boxes that fell over I had stacked up, Haven't looked in them yet. It sure felt weird.

  24. I use to have a 75 Pontiac Trans Am-400cid .030 over-472 lift 512 duration cam-all balanced-automatic...160mph speedo. I got clocked on radar by a state trooper at 137 in a 55 zone before. The speeding fine was painful. The car still had lots of gas pedal left....
