  1. Harry...I have been on many strong pain killers....immune to many of them now but I agree you do need stronger ones or try something different than your taking...some work for others and not yourself. I am on some major ones and they do help with the pain from my nerve damage. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
  2. Just for the information...Parts Marty is a awesome painter he has a real passion for it.
  3. Welcome Gary..! I build mostly factory stock too....I have a passion for the 60s to mid 70s body styles...models and promos.
  4. Tom... I dig the 59 and 60s too...I have a 59 convertible I restored from a bad glue bomb that was customized. I have several 60s Buicks but need to find parts for them so it can be their turn.
  5. Steve...LOL...that is when my love for the Buicks come into life...1961 to 1975 body styles...bigger the car the better.
  6. Dan...I think it would be time to go shopping for another insurance company if it were me. Yeah people on fixed or low incomes like me have a hard time dealing with the cost of everything. I hate greed buddy.
  7. Very cool one Steve....I love the big 60s boats.
  8. Scott.... Very sorry to hear that...he is in a better place now and you have great memories of those good days.
  9. Dan buddy...sorry to hear that but I understand it well myself. insurance companies raise rates at will...many times for no real reason its just greed in my opinion. Whats a guy to do if he cant afford the payments at any point but go without...or...? There greedy creeps. Sure everything but income goes up over time but really..??? I guess they think were all just too stupid to shop around for another company..?
  10. Awesome work....beautiful truck...engine weathering is top notch...!
  11. Me too...your not the only one in this boat. Test fitting helps...but there are those times where it just seems to happen anyway. My biggest hurdle has to be looking for the parts to restore the old ones and repairing damage done to them over the years. Still i cant refuse them...its like there crying for help...LOL..
  12. Beautiful....love it..!
  13. Gary...very sorry to hear about your son. I hope you can find the kit your looking for to have. We had a tornado here awhile back lost many of my old childhood ones and some of my dads got damaged but we were very lucky not to loose anyone.
  14. Welcome Matt...! The only silly questions are the ones that are not asked. Were glad to have you with us all...
  15. Nicely done....looks authentic too which is not always easy to do.
  16. Welcome Phil...! I am into about the same things...
  17. I am very sorry to hear that Ray....you have my deepest condolences buddy. She is in a much better place with no pain or sickness...build on she would want you to.
  18. Nice....that pinball machine is awesome..!
  19. Snake... I have no intentions of building it...its just too early to fit my body styles that I like I am mostly a 60s-70s kid of guy.
  20. I have the 56 kit its still unbuilt or close to it....I probably should just trade it off for something else I like more.
