worked on the radiator today i made it from .060, .125 flat styrene , .010 ridged styrene and round tube i should have the radiator pinted tomorrow

today i had some time to work on the engine theres alot more parts than i thought. tdr made a very detail engine. really happy with it. the engine is about half way done, i still need to come up with different engine mount. not to happy with these. any suggestions would be much appreciated also notice after i paint the exhaust ,thats there tabs that i need to sand off.

the wedico stuff is 1/16 and you can see the difference. if your doing a r/c scratch then the body is to small .im here if you need any parts

today i had some time to work on my baby ive add the diamond plate on the fenders,the rest of the area will be inclosed, i started on the skeleton of the engine compartment. the front compartment will be for the radiator and fans. it will have removable side panels the rear part will have opening top and side panels

reason why i didnt use a v-8 because i figure big big truck use big big engine for the trans to fit right i had to cut it off and lower it 3/4 of inch then i hav to remake it to look some what of an original part. still need to paint the motor under the allison engine so you dont see it. the engine block is together and painted a coral blue also made engine mounts and ainted them matt black, there alot of work to go in this engine bay

sorry to laugh but thats frickin funny. but i to have seen that happen

the motor is super slow. the resin will have space betweenand it wont be touchng the motor. thnx for pointing that out though. you never know when i might over look something

i did alot work lately on the hemtt the sud frame i mounted mounting brackets and added alittle more detail to it, but i think its ready for primer the engine compartment. i received in the 65 turn motor and 16-1 planetary trans. this should give it plenty low in torque the motor and trans will be mounted where i have to build the resin motor arround it. ive also finished painting the fron axles and suspension. really happy with this weeks progress

crazy question guys im building a 1/12 scale engine. what size spark plug wiring would i be looking for? also carb linkage and water hose

under the tank is a sub frame. mounted to this will be the tank but also the floor to the electrinics here you will see the 1/35 scale of the subframe you can also see i had to make them longer and move a couple of things arround.due to making an r/c

1 coat primer sealer,1 coat paint and one coat clear. silver covers really nice on one coat. the rest of the truck has 3 coats paint. 2 coats primer and 2 coats clear
