  3. Heres my daily driver, had it for 17 years now and this is its final "suit".

  6. Thanks everyone, I found some color pics of a 32 coupe with a hemi that had red wires, from 1957, and they were not the cloth type. which works for what I' building. Thanks Robert
  7. Just wondering when the first yellow plug wires came out.. the first i remember were back in 1976, but I'm sure it was before that. Are any other colors... Robert

  14. There must be ZERO humidity where your at!! Everytime I spray Tamiya straight from the can it looks super shiney for about an hour, then it starts loosing its gloss down to almost satin.... Nice job.. Robert

Well this one has been on the table for a year now, guess I'll try and finish it, some of the stats are; Revell kit, 53 Studeabaker engine, front axle from parts box, rearend from AMT, not sure where ... Wheels AMT, tires parts box.. going to be a parts box stock build, nothing fancey no engine detailing etc.. Paint is Fathom Green, Tamiya I really need to get my workbench OUTSIDE... Robert

  18. I really don't have anything to say about rats.. you either like em or you don't. This is a pic of my 63 F-100 I'm rebuilding for the sixth time since 95, its had everything from a perfect red paint job to what it is now, baremetal..and I guess this will be its last new suit by me. Everyone who sees it ask "what color are you going to paint it?" my answer is "its done" and thats when the fan really gets full.

  20. This build was inspired by a photo in Rodz magazine sometime back, I've been building it in my head for a long time and decided to just do it. I only hope to finish it !!! So far the top is chopped and leaned forward, and a new rear window installed, the rear window frame is from AMT 34 Ford 5w. Be back when I've got more done..

  23. Sorry I'm no photo pro, just getting by!! Suggestions? I noticed in the first pic that the top of the door has a glare, in real time the model has no shine on it at all.. Robert
