  1. This is next is my ongoing "Rusty ole Rods" series I'm doing this year.
  2. Thanks, don't have any other pics, the engine is just a box stock build,[small block} and the chassis is just too nasty to show. Robert
  3. My first one finished this year, Enjoy.... Robert
  4. I'd say do it and see just what happens.. I like to build "parts box stock" myself. But even that can have problems. Robert
  5. Brad, yes your right, 062 is to small, probably good for a small block... no updates on this right now. Robert
  6. Hey, if you want to start one, just let me know, but I don't know of any... Robert
  7. Thanks everyone for the nice comments, Brad, I'll most likely use solder as well, but I think it will be somewhere closer to .062. Not much in the way of progress [i'm working on my 63 F-100 1;1 in all my spare time, its also gasser style, got a 390 built, running a set of 15x6 Ansens on the front and 15x8 steelies on the back.] Robert
  8. I'd say buy a parts kit for them if they are really important to you, besides, its a good way to get a parts box going. Robert
  9. Just started this one, hope to finish it over the winter, a 70's Street Freak, was going to have a 396 with a tunnel ram, but after mockup it stuck up to high and I didn't want a hole in the hood, so now its going to have a 396 with a single Holley, fenderwell headers, black int. etc.
  10. Funny!! I thought it would be "unusual" as well, I'm building the 32 roadster with the same engine, same speed parts as well..full fendered early 60's, OH WELL. Robert
  11. "Started a new project today, not really a rod, not really a rat, just kinda my own spin." HOT ROD.........enough said. Robert
  12. That is coming together real nice!! How about some blue tinted windows? Robert
  13. Hey Tommy, not sure if you'll find those in kit form, did the Rat Packer Nova have some, possibly big block? By the way, have you seen that shortened flat black 55 running around there in Freehome? I see it all the time when I down there. Robert
  14. I sure wish someone would do a base interior for this kit, I've wanted a "Lightweight" for years....... Robert
  15. I watched the first 10 mins. or so, THEN CHANGED THE CHANNEL!!!! CCSS
  16. "I need to pay more attention, but then again, some things might be above my skill level to fix." I serious doubt that Hey Tommy, been awhile..... Robert
  17. Don't know where parsons is, but I'm in Coker Creek. Robert
  18. The biggest problem with most of the kit SOHC engines is the use of the wedge intake, WRONG!!! the SOHC has its own intake, CCSS
  19. Ditto on the trunk mat, also did you make the rear taillight panel or is that a resin part? Robert
  20. Terry, thank you. My e-mail is, robertrpeak@live.com Robert
  21. Yes that will help greatly.. I must be missing some parts, your sheet has some listed I don't have. Thanks very much. Robert
  22. Lost the instructions for this, can anyone help with how to assemble it? Thanks Robert
  23. I guess it was the early 80's when I bashed a AMT 56 Ford Vicki with a then popular Pro Street kit, did five or six different ones, all are gone now!!
  24. Not sure if I "understand" BUT I love apple beer
