Swirled the drum. Got some touch up to do, but it may turn out ok .

Mock up with more paint. 1st color on the drum , going to try and swirl some stripes.

This truck is base on photos, specs and details from a vocational fleet of mixers and dumps based in Ontario.

63" cab . Added small rear window and enclosed right safety window, opened the bottom of the cab to accommodate steps. Relocated water tank. Drilled out and pinned chute and adder to function better.

DD 8v92 and rack Allision AT. Cab rack air cleaner, air dryer , tilt mechanism and oil everfill.

Trying to clear out WIP since I am stuck on several projects. Mid 70's K 100 quad axle mixer. Chassis fabricated from 7/16 fine line channel including kw crossmembers, fuel and air tanks, hydro pump oil cooler and box bumper. 72" waking beam rubber block and 72" torsion bar front which KW offered as a nondrive front . Fabricated front axles.

Absolutely amazing construction and scratchbuolding.

Both shafts go to the front of the rear diff.

Both shafts from transmission and axle go directly to the rear diff which has a modified front gearcase.

Late 70's Freightliner cabover. 4x4 mountain pass tractor. 51 inch cab. DD 6V 92T. Jifflox equiped. Build as a companion truck to the FLD 112. Same fleet different time periods.

Rolling chassis left side. Fuel tank, air dryer, air start tank,road chain hanger, inside mudflap hanger and rear fender.

Engine installed. Chassis painted and plumbed.

Just been fiddling around for weeks. I need parts from three vendors and everything is in slow mow because of Covid. Truck is going in a box and moving on to other unfinished projects.Got plenty to work on.

The model is a two axle FLD 112 short hood with electronic intercooled M-11 power and 48 inch midroof sleeper which is jifflox equiped. It represents a western fleet tractor from a large fictious LTL common carrier fleet. It is not a replica of any particular fleet. Originnally I didn't know wtheher it would be condo cab, midroof or flatroof.

Finally got some photos to upload. Short hood , basic M 11 fitted, Cab converted to short mid roof. No roof yet. Roof roughed in. Lots of finishing to do and add visor.
