I went to my local Dollar Tree store the other day looking for random stuff and stumbled upon a 2 pack of small glass bottles with squeeze dropper lids. I poured my remaining accelerator into the bottle and removed the glass dropper part. I also purchased some of the micro brushes at HL and during my Saturday morning coffee/piddling session I did as you suggested and I was amazed at how much better the results were. So thank you again for the advice ?

Carl my friend I did the same thing. I was down in my garage and trying to find something to occupy my mind (idle hands, devils playground, yada yada) and I drug out 2 rebuilder/light glue bombs and asked myself “what would Snake do?” So in his honor I’m going to throw some “Snake-Fu” at both of them and “Model On” as he would encourage me to do.

Anyone “know a guy” that makes this body? I’ve been tempted to try the old “66 & 67” switcheroonie but as other have stated it isn’t 100% correct.

After doing a quick google search I just realized why your name sounded so familiar @George Bojaciuk I bought your book years ago and have read it cover to cover numerous times. It’s what inspired me to start doing detail work on my builds!

Ran across these at Walmart some time back and bought a couple for storage. They are perfect for storing all the small parts for your current projects or final assembly projects. The best part is they are only .94 cents each. I have a dozen so far and they are definitely worth it!! *edit* they are located in the school supplies section.

Got this super clean built up today. All it took was minor finger pressure to get everything apart . It’s soaking in the purple pond right now before I decide what to do with it.

Thanks, no it wasn’t Revell chrome. It was Krylon chrome over Krylon flat black.
