Hello, Dear friends! My friend is interesting about this type of Chevy Can anyone tell me what wheel size was tipical for those trucks? Found this BUT can't read enything about equipment.
-
Let's continue... Drilled old wheel nuts And made a conductor to glue new nuts to new studs And got this Second rim added to trailer wheels The walls of the living module were cut out of candy box. They are hard enouth and I don't have to cut out windows. But before I made a pattern Rectangular tube was used as taillights surraunder, chromed later Stock sleeper walls cut for hatch inserts into living module Tease are window frames Tool boxes and steps with frames Diamond doors Driver box can be opened to operate different LED circuits.

Great work, Geoffrey! Outstanding diorama!!! I wish I could do something like that for my photosessions! It just make old Atkinson alive! I think your weathering just fine. May be bottom of te cab need some more. I read your article in TMW. I liked it! You asked to advise you a tool to glue plastic (half round rod) to resin (cab window frame). If you stll need ideas, I would advise you: 1. super glue - gel 2. 1 minute epoxy glue. As I work with resin cab now, I use it very often, though my epoxy is - 5 min. -
Nice work, Bill! But it needs some fine work on bars and aroud head lights before casting.

Let's go! Here are cardan shaft, break chambers and I guess I can call it reactive bar: Common view All, except front springs, glued with Craft bond Radiator of the real thing And my version About rear whells spacers: they were made and instaled I've took some time to make sun visors and wind shild holders (marked with arrows) Some pattern parts to make power steering Vu-A-la! -
Well, actually I have finished it in Spring. Then I send all materials to Truck Model World, and as they split it to 4-5 issues + there was time consuming for edit the material, it comes out slow. I guess final part of the article will issue in 2019. So I will slow down with updating.

Thank you, friends! Here are KFS chairs I bought about 10 years before. I guess it is better than kit's one Here is A&N butoned leather on back wall and roof Before I cut out an entrance to sleeper Top upholstry was sanded off Then I made a pattern for leather and marked inner lamps ... and transferred it to resin Some spoilering:

Hello, my friends! As half of an article is published in TMW, I've disided to continue (and finish after a while) this thred. I guess this photos are larger, than magazine one. Here are Taylor wing drop-shaped side covers. Buy the way, here is all the parts, that were drawn in AutoCad and photo etched The grill was widwer than tje hood front part, which was fixed by splitting the hood along and inserting a piece of plastic with 5 min epoxy Head lights are slightly revorked to accept LEDs. Lenses are new. Front cab brackets were replaced again (black arrow) The hood got reinforcement inside. For this, the hood was covered with masking tape to cut out a pattern This pattern was transferred to sheet styrene 0,4mm to cut out ribs and glue them inside the hood The areas between ribs are covered with cfrome tape Compressor, turbine, alternater and pulleys replaced by Czech Truck Model's one The compressor hole was filled with pieces of tube & sheet As the engine compartment has grown, I had ability to make flat firewall. It was drilled along the hood joint line and cut out by a saw. A piece of styrene took its place Power steering shaft was detailed too
