  1. Well, beside model building, I have a couple of interests. I like music a lot, especially doom metal. I dont play myself though. My biggest interest though, has to be paranormal investigations. I have my own ghost hunter group, and we have been ad it for almost 13 years. Here in Denmark there are plenty of old haunted castles and other buildings
  2. I love the ´66 Chevelle, especially the Wagon, and this one looks just great. As mentioned several times allready, great color combo. Love the stance and the exhaust... Heck, I love all of the model Great job
  3. This Revell AAR Cuda has been slightly altered Built for a road warrior (Mad Max style) theme night in my model club. Well, many alterations made. Off course the most obvious, ride height and wheels/tires combo. The rear has been sealed off, to keep the babynuke power plant out of reach. Doors are welded shot, entering is by the side windows, using the steps and the handles welded to the roof. The gunner in the passenger seat has a (scratchbuilt) machinegun foreward pointing, and 2 machineguns pointing backwards. They are controlled/fired using a joystick, and viewing a small tv screen. IR camera provides night vision with the lights closed. It was a fun project, the first time I ever tried to build something like this.
  4. Talk about a withering beauty The weathering is very realistic and spot on. As so many guys stated allready, just the right amount of weathering. I just love the stance, and its true, this car does actually look good in pink. Great job
  5. Yes, as I said a great lookig Red Baron. I´m not critisizing, just pointing it out
  6. Well John, its a killer that Baron. It really looks good, and they changes you made, really are spot on, and makes the model stand out. But... dare I say it? You made a mistake on the headlights. Its not really your fault though, because Monogram made this mistake, on the drawing on the box. The blacked out part of the headlights are wrong. It should be the upper and the lower part of the headlight that are blacked out, leaving only a small horisontal slot for the headlights. The reason for this, was to - during WWII - minimize the amount of light, that could be spotted by enemy aiplanes. Check out the headlights on the Opel Blitz on the picture. But anyway, a great looking Red Baron
  7. Well, here is my Monkeemobile, not quite stock. I never really liked the Phaeton style top on the original MonkeeMobile, so I used parts from a MPC ´67 Pontiac GTO, to make this MonkeeMobile coupe. There are still a little detail paintjob missing...
  8. Well, I found the box. I did not remember the name correct though, it was called Black Magic, not Black gold. Here are the pics of the box....
  9. Wow, a lot of very nice models here.... Great work guys I´ll throw in a couple of old builds too... Revell´s ´69 Mustang Cobra Jet AMT´s ´66 Nova pro street
  10. So I guess you did´nt see Denmark take the victory over Cameroun (2-1) yesterday?
  11. Hejsan Modellpularn Gratulerar med Mattias And guys, know what??? For the first time ever A DANISH DRIVER ENTERS A NASCAR RACE TOO Jan Magnussen will start in the same race on sunday. He will drive an Impala, for the Phoenix racing team. He will start in 32 position. Mattias Ekström from Sweeden will start in 38 position. (Sorry Modellpularn ) We are just as excited as the sweedes, so I guess a lot of scandinavian folks will see that NASCAR race on tv.... Good luck to Sweeden, Modellpularn
  12. Well Wayne, as I mention in my first post, this Cuda WAS in fact molded in black. It was issued as "Black gold", and it is that issue of the Cuda, that I have... I dont think the model companies would let the " Plastic color specials" hit the shelves...
  13. Here you can actually see that it is molded in black. Its an old build, and back then I did´nt bother to paint the inside of the rooftop....
  14. Well, I have the Cuda funny car that was molded in black. I am 99 percent shure, it was called Black Gold. Mine is painted orange though, but it is indeed molded in black.... I think I still have the box, but Im about to move, so everything is packed in boxes... If I find it soon, I will post a picture.... Here´s my model:
  15. Well..... I am one of those guys with a fairly big stash of unbuilt model car kits. At last count about 450, and that is only 1:24 and 1:25 scale. I am indeed working on getting them built, but I still buy kits. I just got 3 today from USA, and I have a trader on its way too. I am in fact beginning to sell out. Just a few. Hey, they are like my babies, ha ha.... Even though I sell some, I also buy some, so all in all, the number of kits is about the same all the time.... Why do I have so many? Well.... Times are changing, and so are we as humans. A couple of years ago I built Mopars. Not so now... Now I build mostly show rods, and with all the new show rod reissues coming out these days - well, there is a big part of explaining the big number of models.... Gotta have ém, gotta have the new and the reissued kits... Some pics of part of my stash....
  16. My favorite combination would be: A 5 W coupe - unchopped - but chanelled and maybe a bit sectioniced Fenderless Engine? Well, either the 392 or the injected small block Kelsey Hayes wheels, with cheater slicks in the rear Orange flake with white/black checkered scallops.
  17. Wow.... They look fantastic. I would really like to build one of those, if its okay for you to ship one to Europe? Anyway, email sent
  18. Thanks As mentioned, its box stock. Those are the original decals in the old Monogram issue. And no, the spark plugs are added by me, so I guess its only 99% box stock
  19. Here´s some pics of Monograms old Snake 1 dragster, built straight out of the box.....
  20. Thanks Rick, another pic..... You´re right there William, it is pretty neat.... I wouldnt mind having that truck in my drive way....
  21. Hi guys I have fallen in love..... I have fallen in love with this C cab. These pics is all I can find of it, and I dont even know where I got them, I had them for ages. The car is called Cargoyl.... (Yes I know of the Caddy with a similar name) Does any of you guys have any pics, vids, or webpages with this C cab? Anything?
  22. Nice clean build. I really like it, and we cant get too many show rods Really like the velocity stacks, nice idea....
  23. I do indeed remember the blue Aerostar - but it was the Orange Blossom Express I was thinking about..... Man, that is so cool.... Thanks for the help Junkman Man, its difficult to find anything on the Express, pics OR websites
  24. Exactly, "Print screen" - paste it in a photo editing program (Like Paint shop pro) - cut and save.... No prob... If you can see the pic, you can get it....
  25. Hi guys I have been trying to find the name and some pics, of a certain monster truck I remember seeing, some years ago in tv. Well, monster TRUCK is maybe not the correct word, since it was a locomotive, and it ran - not on wheels - but on belts. I think it was built over the chassis of a Sherman tank. The body was an old style locomotive, and it was orange.... Can any of you guys help with a name, a website, and/or pics? It was way cool.... Thanks a lot
