I had to come out of my four month non building hiatus tonight as I had to repair a model so that I can display it at the meeting tomorrow. I hope that I'm ready to get back to plastic modeling, even though I'm still fairly busy at the time.

Years ago some of the larger hobby shops carried colored acetate sheets by Midwest. You could call America's Best Train & Hobby Shoppe, Inc. and see if they have it as it is quite an extensive shop. The number is: (630) 467-1102. I only get out there 'bout once a year as it's 'bout 80 miles round trip.

That's quite a project and it looks like it is coming along nicely. I think that I have one of those DeSoto kits in my stash, and hopefully one day I'll get to it?

Wow, great job on all of them. I really like the Buick as I have picked one of those up earlier this year as a built up in excellent condition. All I had to do to it was add license plates, antenna, and a side view mirror. Again, congrats on some fine work.
